Newly Renovated Luxury Home with an In-ground Pool in Tampa Bay!

Welcome to your home away from home in sunny Tampa!

Luxury home in a very quiet residential neighborhood - recently renovated spacious home.

The main home has 4 bedrooms, along with a queen pull out sofa bed, 2.5 Baths, bonus game room, fantastic backyard with a sparkling in-ground pool - pool heater is available with an additional cost (please inquire if you are interested in having the heater turned on) - outdoor screen room with seating for 6, tiki bar, fire pit, newly turfed area in yard with 6 lounge chairs, and corn hole. Perfect for any indoor or outdoor activity to keep all guests entertained. The home has a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, dining area that seats 6, kitchen island with 4 bar height seats, high speed internet, smart TV's in each room, and a full sized washing machine & dryer.

Two separate driveways for parking - a car is highly recommended for your stay.

There is a in-law suite on site, currently not available. In the future, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with full kitchen will be available for an additional cost. Please contact me for more information.

Be in the middle of all that Tampa has to offer. Only a 8 minute ride to the Tampa airport, 15 minute ride to Raymond James Stadium, 20 minute to Amalie Arena, minutes from Starbucks and Publix super-market and much more!

Dream Rental – Best We’ve Ever Stayed In!This place was an absolute dream rental and hands down the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully updated—comfortable, cute, and welcoming both inside and out. Every amenity you could want was thoughtfully provided. Large smart TV’s every room! The kitchen appliances were excellent, the showerheads and pressure were fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.We especially loved all the fun extras—cornhole, arcade games, cards, poker, shuffleboard—there was something for everyone. Communication with the host was outstanding; we had a few questions and received immediate, helpful responses.Truly a perfect stay. The only regret is we didn’t stay longer! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this home!

Great Family Experience!

We did a family vacation with our grown kids and it was wonderful! Everyone loved the home

The property was ok, but it was not properly clean, dishes were dirty we had to wash everything before using. Pests were also an issue. There was a dead rat by the fire pit steps and roaches in the kitchen and living area, dirt and trash behind the doors on the bedrooms. Sadly even though the house was good the clean aspect it’s truly disappointing. We were with kids and a newborn and it’s not something you want to deal with on a family vacation.

Family Christmas Getaway

Our family had a great time at this VRBO. Spent many hours in the pool. Enjoyed the fire pit. There were ten family members in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Cute fun beachy house!

We had the best time staying here for a bachelorette weekend! The pool and backyard was the perfect setup with swim floaties, lounging sun chairs, and plenty of space to hangout. The house was in such clean and fresh condition. The host was easily available and super accommodating for us. Would definitely stay again with a group!

Family vacation with friends!

Two families stayed in this home with kids ages 1-8. The home was large enough to accommodate the group comfortably. We utilized the pool several times, and the kids loved the game room. The house was clean when we arrived, and the check in process was smooth. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no issues. The location worked well for our trip. We visited St Pete Pier, Clearwater Beach, Legoland, and the water park at Busch Gardens. A couple nearby restaurants we ate at were Whiskey Joe’s, Ford’s Garage and Hot Rocks Pizza. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to explore the Tampa area!

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends!

The property was great. Awesome location close to everything but still tucked away to where you felt like you weren't in the big city. The pool and space was wonderful. The only suggestions I had was to have some blankets in the living room areas and there wasn't a wide selection of cooking items. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home!

I use VRBO a lot. The property was newly renovated. Spacious! Great pool and outdoor area for family sitting. Location good for shopping and restaurants. Owner was in touch with us to make sure everything was good. Will be back.

Do yourself a favor and stay here (zero cons)

We had a great workcation; the property was fabulous! The entire place felt brand-new, it was top-tier clean (rated by a germaphobe), cozy, with a fabulous outdoor area for lounging. The neighborhood was nice as well; felt totally comfortable taking morning strolls to get my steps in. I'd love to return next time I'm in Tampa!

Overall great place for family fun

Tara was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions before our trip. The house was sparkling clean, with a very open floor plan so our whole family could be together. There are several games and activities for the kids and adults. We enjoyed corn hole, axe throwing and just lounging in the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to families and will be coming back.
