A Beautiful Day is undergoing a stunning full renovation and will make its grand debut in June 2026 as a reimagined three-bedroom, three-bath luxury beach cottage that sleeps up to eight guests. Perfectly situated in the heart of Seaside, Florida, this home is just 194 feet from the East Ruskin Pavilion beach access and a short stroll from the townâs charming shops and restaurants. Designed to blend Seasideâs timeless coastal charm with fresh, modern luxury, every detail has been thoughtfully planned for comfort and style.
The renovation includes an expanded layout with a raised roofline that enhances the open, airy feel and a new rear addition featuring a light-filled dining room surrounded by windows overlooking the landscaped yard. The completely new chefâs kitchen will showcase custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, counter-height bar seating, and premium KitchenAid stainless steel appliances.
The homeâs iconic screened front porch remains a beloved featureâperfect for morning coffee or evening cocktailsâwith a sofa, club chairs, coffee table, and twin hanging bed. Inside, guests will enjoy all-new designer furnishings, curated dĂ©cor, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV for cozy family evenings.
The Primary King Suite, located at the front of the home, will feature built-in storage, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed spa-style walk-in shower with both rain head and handheld options. The Second King Suite includes an ensuite bath with a glass-paneled tub/shower combo, ideal for families, along with a single vanity, flat-screen TV, and closet. The Third Bedroom, part of the new addition, will offer two queen beds, built-in storage, a pocket door for privacy, and an ensuite bath with modern finishes, a single vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower.
