Bienvenue à Wave a Wand, un chalet moderne et élégant d'une chambre situé dans le premier pâté de maisons de Savannah Street. Wave a Wand est deux fois la taille de la plupart des cottages invités à Seaside.

Wave a Wand dispose d'un parking privé, d'un porte-vélos et d'une terrasse en bois qui passe devant une rangée d'azalées en fleurs et se dirige vers le charmant porche meublé. En entrant, on remarque le salon élégant et confortable avec un mobilier luxueux et une télévision grand écran, équipée de la fonction TiVo. À travers le salon ouvert se trouve une cuisine entièrement contemporaine avec un îlot central et un coin bar. Adjacent à la cuisine, un coin repas entouré de fenêtres permet à la lumière naturelle de pénétrer à l'intérieur.

Le premier étage accueille également un garde-manger séparé, des armoires de cuisine personnalisées, des installations sur mesure et une demi-salle de bain pour les invités. Au deuxième étage se trouve une chambre principale avec deux portes donnant sur un balcon privé et sa propre salle de bain privée luxueuse. La magnifique salle de bain des maîtres a une douche en verre, des murs en marbre, des fenêtres avec lumière naturelle et un robinet de douche à effet pluie. Le balcon Queen donne sur une cime d'arbres et constitue l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou s'évader avec un livre dans l'après-midi.

Sur le porche est une sortie privée à un chemin de sable qui mène à la plage. De par leur construction contemporaine, leur design spacieux et leur mobilier luxueux, Wave a Wand est une escapade vraiment magique pour deux. * Pas d'enfants s'il vous plaît.

Perfect Place!

This place is perfect in every way. Just a short, easy walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. Lovely neighborhood and a great place to walk or ride bikes. The stay is just as good as shown in the pictures if not, better. Beautiful and clean inside with a lovely welcome package waiting for us.

The only thing that we did not like was the rock hard bed that was provided. It made our bodies hurt and the owners should really consider getting a medium firm bed to better accommodate for the vast majority of people.

It was very quiet in the back and just the squirrels were chatting. We will book this cottage again.

I especially appreciate the kitchen and all the amenities it had. Nothing was required and there is plenty of room to cook if that is your desire. Also, the extra full bathroom was an added benefit! So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.

The inside was spacious with 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer plus it has a full size refrigerator. It had two small outdoor areas and was very close to the beach. The only problem we had was the WI-FI connection was poor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This guest cottage is newer construction and a large space. It was accommodating yet could be improved. For it to have a full kitchen the supply of kitchen tools was inadequate and the blender sub par. The bedroom linens were not the quality I would expect, maybe they were minimized due to covid precautions, but I have slept on better linens in a hospital. One of the things we look for when selecting a cottage is for amenities like a washer/dryer. The dryer stopped working on our 2nd day, the maintenance/repair folks continued to disturb our stay even after we asked to just be left alone. Homeowner's Collection did make arrangements for us to dry the wet clothes at another cottage, which was an okay solution. For it to be newer construction there could have been more thoughtful design and things like USB receptacles would have been a nice addition, along with some patio furniture on the upstairs patio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wave-a-Wand is a beautiful property in a perfect location. We were in love the minute we stepped in the door. But a cockroach encounter the first night was disturbing. We thought it was a onetime occurrence, but the next morning another appeared in a different location. And so it continued. They were both the small and large types and made their appearance upstairs and downstairs. Hopefully, it has been remedied as we had several discussions with the management company who seemed to think it was not a big deal. But, as beautiful as it is, we would not return.

We’ve rented other homes before and this one definitely provided the majority of what creates the comfort of home away from home. We stay in quite a bit for meals at the beach (don’t want to miss a minute of that gorgeous sand and ocean) and loved the kitchen and storage in the pantry. It has been our favorite rental so far! The dryer wasn’t working while we were there and we’d like to make sure it is before booking again. A washer/dryer while at the beach is a must for me.

We normally stay a little more tucked back into Seaside, but loved how it was just steps to both the town square and beach access. We also loved the white, clean crisp ambiance of the decor and will definitely be back.
