Welcome to Zenplicity – a modern, custom-designed cabin crafted for those seeking a unique and private retreat. Just 5 minutes from Tallulah Gorge State Park, this high-end getaway combines luxurious comfort with breathtaking mountain views.

Designed with distinctive modern architecture, this custom designed cabin contains 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6), with an open concept kitchen and living area. The interior contains a minimalist style with stained concrete floors, quartz countertops and vaulted ceilings, all appointed with modern recessed lighting.

Grab a good book and hang out on the wrap around deck, or just appreciate the view from the 10-foot tall windows in the living room and bedrooms. In cool weather, open the three (3) sets of large sliding glass doors and let the sounds of nature lull you to sleep. The design provides soaring 12-foot tall ceilings, and tons of natural light. Also, smart home lighting and other technology is added for extra comfort. Just ask Alexa to turn on the lights or electric fireplace while you sit back and relax.

Concerned about neighbors and privacy? Just outside guests will enjoy the privacy of two (2) wooded acres that are isolated from other residential properties, so you won’t be seeing other neighbors during your stay. In the mornings, wake up to sunrises over the eastern mountains in both bedrooms. Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the wide-spread mountain views from the 600 square foot wrap around deck that is accessible from all rooms.

Visiting for hiking, weddings, wineries or other area attractions? This cabin is perfect for couples or small families!

Other Things to Note:

Outside, you'll find a fire pit with two Adirondack chairs and a 6-person picnic table, and a five person hot tub perfect for outdoor gatherings. There's also a charcoal grill nearby for grilling enthusiasts. We hope you enjoy these outdoor amenities! If you plan to use the fire pit, please bring extra firewood, a lighter, and fire starter. For grilling, don’t forget to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots/pans.

A Keurig Coffee and regular filter coffer maker is provided. There is ground coffee and filters available for guests. Bring your own k-cups.

Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries

A Roku smart tv is provided with standard streaming apps, so BYO streaming logins. There are also several streaming tv channels via The Roku Channel and tubi app, but there is no local cable.

There is parking for up to four cars

Disclosures:

The exterior lights are automated to come on and off in the evening hours. If you need to control them, you are still able to turn them on and off manually from switches inside.

There are two private closets. One is in the interior and the other is on the exterior. These are marked with a "private" sign and are not accessible to guests.

For your safety and security, there are three exterior cameras on the property: two monitoring the driveway and one covering the deck. Additionally, a doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance.
