Beautiful home, very nicely equipped, everything you need. Excellent location. Docking is great. Easy access to keys from canal. Nothing better in Abaco. Definitely going back.

Abacos Adventure from West Palm Beach

We had 8 adults and the house was great! Hot water, cold AC, new appliances. The living furniture needs a little updating but no complaints. We will rent again for sure! Gracie and her staff were awesome! Thank you!

Great stay!

My father and I traveled from Palm Beach to Marsh Harbour by boat to stay at this property. The property is in a great location, walking distance to Boat Harbour Marina, and 4 restaurants. There is also a market close by. Was easy to keep the boat right behind the property. Rooms and all were clean, and we had no issues. Highly Recommend!

Family of 8 with a boat

House is as described and pictured. Gated community with Boat Harbour and Abaco Beach Resort was safe, clean, and the premium location in Marsh Harbour! Dockside (Abaco Groceries location) right at the entrance to the community was very convenient! Being right on the water and surviving hurricanes just makes this a tough environment. All things considered, we were very pleased with the accommodations, dock, linens, and supplies. Gracie was extremely responsive. Would book again and highly recommend!

I'll be back

This was about the fourth time my family has stayed at this property. It is close to everything you will need. The dock is right out the back door and the view is beautiful. We always have a great time. Thank you for a great vacation.

Fishn’ Frenzy

We were lucky enough to be able to book this property in June 2023. Our host Gracie was excellent at communicating with us and we were greeted upon arrival. The place was able to accommodate our boat which was 42’ at the dock, and we were able to sleep 5 adults each in their own beds comfortably. The marina and grocery store are a very short walk away and you are in a gated community. We have nothing negative to say about this place and would be happy to stay there again in the future!!!

Amazing, comfortable, relaxing!

This home is great! Very close to restaurants, grocery store and other activities. Perfect place to vacation with a boat. Myron and Gracie are such good hosts and were quick to answer questions, guide us around the town and on the boat! Very nice couple! We are so fortunate to have met them and will be staying here every year! Not only are they great hosts but they became friends of ours while on our stay. We look forward to staying here again and hopefully get a chance next year to take them fishing on our boat and go diving with them again as well! Hands down best ppl to rent from. We look forward to making more memories with them again in the years to come! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one! Book this house now everyone!!!

Lovely villa in perfect location

Villa Mer Soleil is a lovely, bright & airy, villa located directly on the canal with the gated community of the Great Abaco Club. The views of the Sea of Abaco are gorgeous. My husband and I stayed for three weeks. Some family and friends joined us each for a few days. The property managers, Lydia and April, were very responsive and we felt that they were our friends in Abaco! The villa is spacious and bright, with three large bedrooms containing en suite full bathrooms, and open onto large patios. There is a fourth bedroom that is medium-sized with twin bedrooms which would be perfect for adults or children. The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, and it opens up onto a large private patio where there is a plunge pool. The living room/dining room is great as well and opens up to the second patio that overlooks the canal and ocean. This is where we had cocktail hour! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The location is superb. The villa is adjacent to the Abaco Beach Club where you can have dinner or drinks at the tiki bar by the pool. Wally's, Colours, and Grabba's are walkable - about a half mile. There is a convenience store at the entrance to the Great Abaco Club for last-minute food items, ice, liquor, wine, beer, etc. I highly recommend the Villa Mer Soleil. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already booked for next year!

Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mer Soleil! The house is right on the water and has access for a large boat, our boat being 40ft, fit perfectly. We wish the home would have been a little cleaner, upon arrival we had to sweep due to the sand. The running water to the home also had low water pressure, however that is to be expected in a true island home! Everything was as described and advertised. Overall we would definitely recommend to a friend and would return!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

We had a great time being back in the Abacos. The house has withstood the hurricane and although there are some repairs still needed it was a great place. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 8. Neighborhood was safe, close to the marina for breakfast or drinks. The dock was nice as was the pool. It is a small pool but we all loved coming back from a long day on the water and just relaxing. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this spot and if available for the dates of our next crossing we will be staying again. Thank you very much!!
