Your home away from home in Marsh Harbour with 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms. This brilliant villa features 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub & a walk in shower. Open plan w/ high ceilings - this villa is on the waterfront with a private beach and fresh water pool. Free WiFi & Smart TVs in every room. Fully equipped Modern Kitchen w/ dishwasher, coffee maker / Kcup , toaster, blender & Laundry Center (washer,dryer,ironing board & iron). Back-up generator for a peace of mind during your stay

We do not offer dockage but we are located just minutes from The Jib Room Marina as well as Abaco Beach Resort & Marina. Local boat rental company’s offer day trips, but we suggest booking this early, especially in peak season.

For an additional fee we can help you arrange a variety of concierge services for your stay -
Pre-stocking kitchen before your arrival, Grocery delivery, small catering menu delivered to the villa.
Day boat charters (island hoping, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, bonefishing etc) w/ some of the BEST.

Mermaid Reef Villa was absolutely perfect! Great location, great property and the host was super accommodating and friendly! We would (and hopefully will) most definitely stay here again - and highly recommend that you do too!! :)

This house is gorgeous, big and so clean! Both rooms have a king size bed and the bathrooms both have a bathtub. We absolutely loved this property!

Spectacular view and modern villa

Completely new, spacious and tastefully decorated villa. Spectacular views of the ocean can be enjoyed from every room in the villa. There is a reef in front of the house, which is good for snorkeling and thus offers a wonderful activity in the immediate vicinity.The landlords are very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I can only highly recommend the stay - we will be back!
