Kona Pacific C-618 is a newly remodeled TOP floor condo with breathtaking ocean views.

Gorgeous Kitchen, fully redone from top to bottom.

This condo has a wonderful lanai allowing access from the Living room, the Bedroom has it's own private lanai access as well!

The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both the bedroom & Living Room!

Air Conditioning Available in the Living room & Bedroom

Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.

An excellent option for 4, as there is a large pullout sofa in the Living Room, King Sized Bed in the Bedroom & A NEW twin sized sleeper that acts as a couch in the primary bedroom. Memory Foam Topper for this twin sized one! Essentially 3 different sleeping configurations! Incredible for a 1 bedroom!

A perfect vacation destination.

Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

The place is very clean and nicely decorated. While not beachside, we still got a beautiful view of the ocean and the foliage on the property. We enjoyed the large lanai while having breakfast in the morning. Air conditioning is a must in Kona especially this time of year and was so glad to have it here. The kitchen is small but efficient and has everything you need. It has all the beach things you will need as well.

Incredible First Time In Hawaii

Being such a short walk to town is such a treat as well. The property is absolutely beautiful and is very well maintained all throughout. The condo itself is amazing! Complete kitchen, two bathrooms, AC (in both the bedroom and living room), comfy bed and all of the beach gear you'd need for a day out. I'd highly recommend this condo and location to anyone looking to experience the relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and easy going! I'd also recommend checking out Huggo's/Huggo's on the Rocks (about a five-minute walk from the condo) and order garlic parmesan fries, they're life changing!

Great homebase for adventuring in Hawaii

We stayed 6 days at this lovely and very spacious condo which allowed us to be super close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We enjoyed a 5 minute walk to have delicious, fresh acai bowls for breakfast, drinks at the waterfront hotel across the road, and plenty of shops. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can find most everything you need and its less than 30 minutes to swveral amazing beaches. The bathrooms are outdated but the entire unit makes up for it. Definitely will try to stay again.

Excellent condo in Kailua kona

This property was just as advertised! Excellent location, close to everything, clean and quiet. The hosts were super nice to work with and we ended up extending our trip a few days. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there in our future travels to Kona.

Perfect stay on the Big Island

The property was clean, spacious and a great location. It included beach chairs, an umbrella, mat, towels, cooler, snorkel gear and more. The location is close to everything and the parking spot was very convenient, right in front of the elevator. Water pressure was lower than I’d like but was a minor inconvenience in comparison to the benefits of this lovely unit. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
