HERE COMES THE FUN! Doo-d-Doo-Doo FUN FUN FUN HERE IT COMES! No detailed has been missed. This is truly a luxury home. HERE COMES THE FUN is a single story 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Finished in early 2020 it was built on 2.5 lots or on one half acre of sand. Its location is only a 3.5-minute walk on a white sand path-like road past just 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and golf cart parking available there and that isn’t always the case on other streets.

HERE COMES THE FUN is finished with all of the best necessities you will need to vacation well. The great room is large and has a 15 ft high ceiling loaded with dimmable LED lights. The kitchen has all new KitchenAid appliances. An extra-large refrigerator has water and ice in the door and there is a separate clear ice machine. Included is a glass built in cooktop with a separate under counter oven, dishwasher, a large microwave oven, and an oversized kitchen sink with a hands-free faucet.
The glass door kitchen cabinets are full of all the plates, cups, and bowls that you can see and find. All the other kitchen inventory that you would expect to find in a fine home is all there. The granite countertops include bar seating with 4 stools.
Next to the kitchen is a large dinner table that could seat 10 people. Over the table is a 65” high end TV streaming YouTube TV. We have the most robust internet connection that you can buy on this island, so all internet needs are met.
A comfortable seating area overlooks the front porch and also contains a 65” TV. A wall of large glass doors slides open to join the screened front porch to the great room. The spacious front porch holds a table and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a rear deck off of the kitchen.
To the left of the great room is the master with a king size bed. The mattress is from Casper and the bedding is all high thread count quality cotton. The master bath has a separate toilet room and a large doorless walk-in shower.
A large beveled glass mirror is built in over the granite sink top. The shower and floors are all marble and is perfectly done. All the shower heads come equipped with a handheld sprayer. All of the closets have nice built-in shelves for folded clothes as well as a stand for luggage. A pair of large glass sliding doors lead to the rear deck. These sliders, and all sliders in the house, are covered by unique sliding black-out blinds. All bedrooms have their own 55-inch wall-mounted TV and special high intensity reading lights, perfect for reading a book.
To the right of the great room is the linen closet stocked with plenty of towels in the hallway that leads to two guest bedrooms. These queen bedrooms are identical in size and have an identical look, so no one ever gets a lesser bedroom. Both rooms lead to a deck, either front or rear. Each room has its own marble walk-in shower with fancy marble tile floors. Each has all of the same features as the master bedroom; including: built-ins in closets, reading lights, dimmable LED ceiling lights, and ceiling fans.
Under the home is a large deck that includes an under-roof circular driveway with golf cart parking, a simple bar and extra table and seating, as well as a propane Weber grill. Attached is another deck, that contains a 26x12 heated swimming pool that is regularly serviced twice weekly. The pool itself is located on a separate lot so that the house could never block the sun from the pool or deck surround both winter and summer.
The whole house was built with extra-large windows and every door and window has a privacy blind. You will also notice that the house has an incredible amount of trim work like crown molding, chair rails, etc. for your enjoyment. The home was completely top, bottom, and all outside walls spray foamed with insulation, which keeps it cooler and very separate from outside noise. The interior walls are full of soundproofing insulation for further convenience and privacy.
The house has an expensive reverse osmosis whole house water system, which makes perfect water at every outlet. No Florida water smell and no plastic bottles need to come to the island for drinking as this water is the same quality as bottled water.
The entire house has tile floors with accent rugs in each room and the washer/dryer are just off the great room. Two golf carts are provided.

By Plane

There are two airports

1) SW Florida International (RSW)

2) Punta Gorda Airport (PGD)

From either airport to Islandgirlcharters contact Pine Island Taxi & Limousine, LLC for transportation for round trip.

BIG NOTE**

When driving or taking the airport shuttle from Ft Myers International (RSW), allow at least 1 hour drive time to Pineland Marina, or to Four Winds Marina. If you have to Grocery Shop then please allow additional 45-60 minutes so you can arrive at the marina at least 15 minutes prior to your water taxi departure.

By Car

From the South or North of I-75

From I-75 (exit 143) or US 41, head west on Pine Island Rd. (State Road 78), then take a right on Stringfellow Rd. (State Road 767) in Pine Island Center. Three miles down, take a left on Pineland Road. This will turn into Waterfront Drive and you'll see the Marina on the left, nestled on the shores of Pine Island Sound.
