The townhouse was exactly as advertised and the host answered all emails in a timely manner.We were very pleased with the townhouse and location.It was close to shopping, a theater, and good restaurants.We did enjoy Longmont and the proximity to Boulder as well.

The best vacation rental we’ve ever booked! Super clean and comfortable, spacious, and a great location. We stayed with two kids 5 and under, the short walk to the playground made keeping them entertained during down times easy. Quick drive to Denver, Boulder, and Estes. The owners were great about communicating on check in and check out too. Great stay, would recommend to anyone!

Convenient and quiet spot

Well decorated and convenient location just a short distance from grocery and restaurants. Comfy beds, great TVs, private garage and laundry all a plus during our week-long stay. Place was very clean, an extra round of towels and paper towels would be a helpful addition in the event of longer stays.

Family visit

We went to surprise our oldest daughter on her birthday. The location was conveniently within 10 minutes of our daughter's home. It was also close to Whole Foods for gathering items for the house. We brought our adult daughter with us. The two bedrooms and attached bathrooms were great. We each had our own space. Will definately stay again.

Comfortable clean condo for couples

Two couples stayed here for a holiday visit with familly in Boulder. The townhouse was well-suited for us with comparable king ensuite bedrooms. Location was convenient. Very well-appointed kitchen. A couple of recommendations: king-sized pillows are very difficult to sleep on for many people (all 4 of us!); it would be nice to have a couple of standard pillows in each room. Another luggage rack in each room and additional towels would also be an improvement.

Great stay - almost

Condo was a life saver; especially on short notice. Condo was new, had everything you would need and was in great condition. Only complaint, and seems to be more common now, is the lack of "live" TV. Our older generation is not into the new streaming - but it has no live TV; forward/backward, or recording capabilities.
