We were there for a family funeral traveling with an elderly parent. Blake allowed us to check in early so Mom could rest. He also gave permission for us to check out late. It was very considerate and helpful.

The best vacation rental we’ve ever booked! Super clean and comfortable, spacious, and a great location. We stayed with two kids 5 and under, the short walk to the playground made keeping them entertained during down times easy. Quick drive to Denver, Boulder, and Estes. The owners were great about communicating on check in and check out too. Great stay, would recommend to anyone!

This condo was just as describe. Blake was great in communicating and a great host.It had all the amenities described, beautifully decorated, clean, great location, would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Comfortable clean condo for couples

Two couples stayed here for a holiday visit with familly in Boulder. The townhouse was well-suited for us with comparable king ensuite bedrooms. Location was convenient. Very well-appointed kitchen. A couple of recommendations: king-sized pillows are very difficult to sleep on for many people (all 4 of us!); it would be nice to have a couple of standard pillows in each room. Another luggage rack in each room and additional towels would also be an improvement.

Convenient and quiet spot

Well decorated and convenient location just a short distance from grocery and restaurants. Comfy beds, great TVs, private garage and laundry all a plus during our week-long stay. Place was very clean, an extra round of towels and paper towels would be a helpful addition in the event of longer stays.

Very nice townhouse in Longmont

A very nice and well maintained property. Comfortable king-sized beds. Beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen and laundry room had all we needed. Would recommend this property and host.

Great stay - almost

Condo was a life saver; especially on short notice. Condo was new, had everything you would need and was in great condition. Only complaint, and seems to be more common now, is the lack of "live" TV. Our older generation is not into the new streaming - but it has no live TV; forward/backward, or recording capabilities.

Great stay - convenient location

We had activities in both the mountains and Denver and needed a property that was convenient to both. This did the trick! Property was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Beds were great.

Excellent Communication

Sadly, due to illness, our trip was cancelled but the host was fantastic about communicating both before our arrival and even late at night when we had to cancel. I gave no doubt the property is as nice as the hosts.

Very comfortable

Each spacious bedroom has an attached bathroom which was really nice. There was also a powder room downstairs, garage and washer dryer in the unit.
