Newly renovated Guest House set back in the bucolic, tree lined and nature filled back yard of host's main house - enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bath and a large, combined living room and kitchenette area! Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, 3/4 refrigerator - and fully stocked cabinets with plates, utensils, glassware! Beach sticker provided - Breakwater Beach is minutes away among many others - along with Macari Vineyard and Bridge Lane Vineyards. The famous Love Lane is a quick drive and continue East a little further to experience the famous Greenport Village! Enjoy this tranquil guest cottage situated in the owner's main house back yard - set back among the tree lined landscape - centrally located in Mattituck to all that the North Fork offers - come for the pristine beaches or a weekend touring the amazing vineyards - this space is a truly a nature filled North Fork oasis!

Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy, with the host even able to get us in a couple hours early, which was highly appreciated.Spacious and accommodating, we loved our time here and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Mattituck!

We loved our stay at this peaceful, pristine cottage. Private and located in a garden with incredible , old trees.Check in was a breeze.The owners couldn't have been more helpful.There is a fridge and microwave. There is also a grill, though we did not use it. There is not a cooktop nor oven. We did not need to prepare meals so it was not an issue. The location was just right, minutes from the bay Love Lane and Magic Fountain's homemade ice cream and the many Wineries. I have been going out to Mattituck for 35 years and this was definitely one of the loveliest places I've stayed!

Beautiful, cozy cottage nestled in idyllic setting

This was a wonderful place for our family to spend the night while we were in town for wedding at a nearby vineyard. The home is perfect for a family of four and we loved the peace and quiet and helpful owner.

The property was well-suited to our vacation needs. Accommodations were fresh and plenty of room for a 2 bedroom. Shared bath is not an issue if guests are considerate ;). Nice seating availabilities nearby. Quiet with no street noises, but easily located and accessible to shopping, dining and cultural events.

What a beautiful cottage , located in back of well manicured backyard , very private and nature all around you , we saw turtles ,deer, and heard the birds singing every morning , cottage was spotless , and we had the pleasure of meeting the host Kara and her family , they made us feel so welcomed, Thank you so much

Perfect little cottage!

My family of 4 just spent 2 nights at Kara’s cottage to enjoy a weekend on the north fork. It was cozy and had everything we needed to make the mini getaway perfect. Kara was a wonderful host who was eager to help and answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to lay your head!

Perfect little cottage to drop your stuff and hit the town! Two nice sized bedrooms and a small sitting area, with a very comfortable couch! I wouldn’t suggest for anymore than 4 people, but really it was perfect for us. Kara had wonderful response time and was always looking to help. Highly Recommended!

Tranquil Getaway

This charming and updated cottage on the owner's spectacular property is quite a find! We treasure privacy and this cottage is set back quite a ways from the homeowner's home. The small fridge and kitchenette were enough for us to have essentials on hand and to be able to make ourselves a light breakfast in the morning. Our host was in contact with us leading up to and throughout our stay and we had the opportunity to meet her and her lovely family. Mattituck is truly one of our favorite places on the North Fork and this cottage was central to our favorite vineyards, restaurants and biking, as well as providing access to nearby beaches.
