About this space
Beautiful guest house in wine country. Located on the scenic Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway bicycle tour. Enjoy awesome views of the Grand Mesa from your patio. Our home is true country living, but only minutes from historic downtown Palisade and Grand Junction. In the warmer months, enjoy rafting, hiking, or the world class single track mountain biking of the Grand Valley. In the winter, hit Powderhorn ski resort, or the endless miles of snowshoe and snowmobile trails of the Grand Mesa.
The space
One bedroom one bath, kitchenette, living room, outdoor patio. Sleeps 2.

Nice and quiet guest house.

Nice guest house. It was very Central to where were were attending a wedding. Liked the canal out of the window. And the willow covering the front door and patio area.

Fantastic location for fruit and wine byway tour!

My husband and I had a fantastic time biking the Palisade fruit and wine byway! This location was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked great during the hot weather we had. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends.

Beautiful setting and homey abode

I really enjoyed my stay in this relaxing, quiet and super clean little home. Coffee outside in the morning was nice with a beautiful view and a nice walk afterwards along the canal was a highlight. I'll definitely be back.

Quiet retreat for 2 near Palisade

Cozy spot that has everything you need for a relaxing getaway — shaded parking, a comfy large bed, and a walk-in shower for a touch of luxury. The kitchenette is super handy, with a refrigerator,sink, microwave, air fryer, blender, and even a grill for easy meals. There's also a Keurig for your morning coffee fix. Tucked away in the peaceful farms of Clifton, it's just minutes from downtown Palisade and only 20 minutes from the airport. A quiet, convenient retreat nearwine country and all of the fruit and veggies that grow in the area. Quiet hosts with a well maintained property.

Clean and quiet apartment outside of Palisade

This apartment is a 5 minute drive from downtown Palisade and is easy biking distance from several wineries. The space was clean and had everything we needed for 2 people for a long weekend. The hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The bed was comfortable and the area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small outdoor area to sit and watch the sunset, it also has a grill. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great scenery, just outside of town

We chose this VRBO to spend the night while on our way moving cross country. We were able to park our truck, and 20 foot trailer in the driveway and not to be worried about leaving our bags overnight in the truck. The river was great and we had great weather for a walk after a long day of driving. Thank you Tim the house was clean and in great condition.
