Vous ne trouverez pas une maison de plage qui est plus proche de la plage ou du Golfe!

Depuis le pont avant sur le sable, ce est vraiment une maison en bord de mer.

Aucune promenade n'a plus accÚs à la plage ou nécessaires.

Cette maison de plage a un salon confortable avec une vue magnifique de la plage. Le porche est parfait pour se asseoir et donnant sur la plage dispose Ă©galement d'une terrasse Ă  l'Ă©tage au large de la chambre principale. Cette maison est parfaite pour les familles multiples.

First off, if you want literally right on the beach this is it! We had a great stay, and the AC unit is ice cold. The only complaints (first world problems) is wished the bathrooms were bigger, just not enough counter top space. The host is excellent! There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a kayak. The outer deck is wonderful, and 2 grills ready to go for cooking. I’d definitely come back. Some will say “it’s dated a bit”
..well a little but we weren’t here for a 5 star resort. Bottom line, if you have a big family or several and want right on the beach this is it.

There is something magical about this house. We've been here several times the past six years and each stay has been exactly as expected (although, to be fair, the first time exceeded our expectations). The updates are nice, although I miss the carpeted areas (I am not used to walking on stone all over the house).

2024 Family Beach Trip

The house was in a great location and we loved that it was just steps to the beach. The house could use a little updating and new furniture and I didn't care for the shared pool situation but overall it was great! Family concensus is that we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Location - House a Little Shabby

This house is absolutely perfect for beach lovers. The views are spectacular. The host and family are super nice and helpful. The ONLY negative is the house is a little shabby. Old wobbly furniture with stains. Shag carpet on stairs and second floor. I would definitely stay here again. ****Also be aware your dog is NOT allowed on the beach and Code Enforcement is very aggressive in enforcing this. Drive by the house EVERY 30 mins and stare to make sure the dog is not on the beach. This was a huge negative and I also went on the county website and left the same information,***

Great beach home

Location on the beaches was wonderful, having access to pool was great. We had a wonderful week. While I realize it’s hard to do with back-to-back rentals, this home could use a thorough deep cleaning.

Great beachfront spot

This place is great for large family groups. Plenty of space. True beachfront location sand right off the front porch. It’s a true traditional inlet beach experience. Not many spots like this left in inlet beach. 5 stars.

Great find!

From booking to staying, this property was great! The hosts were very friendly, very helpful, and very accommodating. The weather was temperamental, but Jay (Damon’s brother) was VERY helpful with setting up chairs, giving us advice about the beach, and coming to set up whenever we requested if the weather got better. There were plenty of activities and water toys to enjoy and we even enjoyed a bonfire one evening (would totally recommend spending the money for this!). The house was lovely- furniture was a little outdated and rundown, but to be expected with a rental that’s rented out all the time. Overall, we couldn’t beat the location and helpfulness. Thanks SO much!

Beach Getaway

Comfortable beach house in a great location. It was lovely to wake up and walk onto the beach. House comfortably slept the 11 of us. Host provided water toys (boogie boards, paddle boards, life vests) as well as beach chair and umbrella set up. I would have given it a 5 star rating if linens, towels, and dishes were in better condition and quality. I would definitely recommend this host and home if you are looking for a beach getaway.

Our favorite vacation home

We've stayed here four times (and counting) over 3 years. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The home is comfortable and can accommodate extended families easily. The views are so peaceful I truly feel rested and ready to take on the real world when I have to leave. I don't want to go anywhere, just cook and watch my family play and hang out and truly be in the moment.

Best Vacay Ever

This was our 3rd time staying here. I never want to leave the house while I'm here. This time, I brought friends and their families to celebrate my birthday. So many wonderful memories were made and I look forward to the next visit, already on the books. This house is 100% the best beach house. You can't get a better view and the area is not as crowded as other places.

Pefect spot on the beach

Inlet has been one of our favorites beaches for quite a while. This is the first time we have stayed at Katherine's Sandcastle but it hopefully won't be the last. We loved the location- it can't be beat and the house was perfect for our family. The furnishings were comfortable and you were provided everything you needed for a great stay which included a baby bed, pack n play, kayaks and paddle boards, games, puzzles, and the best equipped kitchen we've ever had. The pool was a great added feature as well. Check in was simple, it was easy to communicate with the owners and Jay's Beach Service was attentive and ready to help in any way. Perfect spot on the Beach!!

Best Vacay Ever!!!

This has been our second stay at this property and it was just as we remembered. The weather was perfect and the home comfortable. We don't ever want to leave the house when we're there. Truly, this is the best vacation home I've ever stayed in. We don't feel like we need a vacation after having been there a week.

The property was first purchased by my grandfather around 1949-1950. He built the first "beach houses" for the family to come to from Enterprise, Alabama in the 50's. My parents took over in the 80's and decided to update the homes. This house was built in 1992 for rentals and family enjoyment. My kids are the 3rd generation of kids growing up on this beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is unique because we have nothing between the house and the beach. The house was built with multiple family use in mind. We have 1 bedroom down stairs which is helpful with grandparents that come and cant climb stairs. It also helps that there is minimal stairs to beach and grandparents and parents can feel close to kids on beach while staying on porch or inside. The houses bedding it set up to maximize comfort for splitting ups group need for kids, baby's and parents.
