Impossible de se rapprocher de la plage, récemment entièrement rénové

Du pont avant au sable, c'est vraiment une maison en bord de mer.

Aucune promenade ou accès à la plage nécessaire.

Cette maison de plage a un salon confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la plage. Le porche avant est parfait pour s'asseoir et donnant sur la plage a également une terrasse à l'étage hors de la chambre principale. Cette maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles. En bas a un salon, salle à manger, cuisine, salle de bain complète et une chambre avec lit king. A l'étage, 5 chambres avec plusieurs couchages et 3 salles de bain. Il y a un maître à l'étage avec un roi, 2 chambres ont un lit complet avec un ensemble de lits superposés, 1 chambre a un lit queen avec un berceau et la dernière a un lit complet avec un berceau.

Beautiful spot on beach

We loved the location and really cannot get closer to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive! My friends and family loved it and already want to book again for next year. My two suggestions on improving include more comfortable seating in the common area and a covered deck-it rained a lot and we were stuck inside when it rained.

An absolute GEM. When the description says you are right on the beach, honey, you are right on the beach. Just steps away crystal clear blue water and white sand. It was perfect for my aging mama who can't do stairs easily. She was able to take some trips to the beachfront without issue!Beds were comfy, everything was well-stocked and we wanted for nothing. Great location (minutes from Rosemary Beach, if that's your thing but really, who would want to leave the inlet?)Just the cutest place on the beach!

We love Inlet Beach and there is no better spot than this one. Damon made us feel at home. The views are the best you can get and you are situated conveniently near all the stores and shops you need.

Great Location, Great Rental

We enjoyed everything about this vacation rental including its location, proximity to the beach, and layout. The included beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus! Highly recommend this property!

We have rented this house which had amazing location and don’t think it could be any better. BUT the house is really poorly taken care of. From the moment we have entered it feels dirty, sand on floor and just didn’t look good at all. The sliding door is barely sliding, all towels were already gray from how much they have been used. Some towels had stains and some sheets with stains as well. Pretty disgusting must say! Duvets had no cover and really hope they are washed after every client. Many light bulbs didn’t work as well. Toilet was clogged that we had to ask for plunger. Sofas so dirty that you felt scared to sit on and put towels. The worst thing were the cockroaches which were constantly in the kitchen. This is really lack of care and just dirt!!! First day we found dead one in pantry (photo sent and was told it’s dead anlreasy) and they kept coming afterwards. Paying for this is a joke. Honestly it’s a shame but this was the cheap motel experience that I would never stay in. I only hope we don’t get any fungus or rashes from all of this. When the property manager’s wife came with plunger and said they will fix next day the bulbs. Guy came next day fixed one bulb and supposed to swipe the house again had no idea what to do … When I brought up all above issues was threatened that I broke the clogged toilet!!! My advise is NEVER rent this!!! This house needs to be closed for a while and clean, clean and clean and update what they can. Very neglected!!!

This guest is a con artist whose entire game is to rent a property to get free vacations. Look at years of positive reviews then this garbage. Anyone that wants to rent my home I can provide testimonials of their experiences. The guest that checked in the day this person left has stayed at my home for 30 years. This guest received a deep discount they requested for last minute booking, claim they found a roach within minutes of arriving which I believe they brought to begin, complained about clogged toilet after being there for a couple of days like it was already clogged and could never find lights that were labeled. They are grifter guest that I would never have back and if you have a rental property it would be better to leave vacant than to allow this trouble stay at your home. My homes rent most of the year and the vast majority are repeat guest.

Absolutely amazing

The property is exactly as described, you absolutely cannot get closer to the beach. The house was incredibly comfortable and immaculate. The upstairs primary and balcony offered incredible views of the beach. I also cannot speak highly enough of the owner Damon. We somehow managed to lose a set of keys to one of our vehicles on the day of checkout. Damon was understanding and helpful! A godsend in a stressful situation. Beautiful property in a serene location!

The home is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the view while having coffee in the morning on the patio. We enjoyed being able to go for walks/run and easy access to 30A. Hope to come back soon.

Amazing Location and Property

This location absolutely cannot be beat. Amazing views from both levels. You walk off the porch onto the beach. House was clean and very well stocked. Kitchen had everything you could need.

Girls Trip

This house is amazing!!! It's right on the beach, so you can just sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean! We have been renting this house for 24 years and it's our absolute favorite in the 30A area! The owners are super nice and easy to work with. All my friends that have come down throughout the years love this place!! I highly recommend it!

Another great week in Inlet Beach

We've rented this house quite a few times over the past 25 years and have accumulated many happy memories here. This week was pure relaxation. The house has been updated nicely and we liked the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us every morning. The casual, relaxed vibe of the house is still the same and the location is unbeatable. You truly "cannot get closer to the beach".

Beautiful beach

Beautiful beaches. Close to everything. Drawback was poorly stocked kitchen as to what we are used to. We cook lots and don’t eat out a lot. All in all nice vaca home. Be sure to talk to Jay and Matthew! Best beach boys in Florida!!!!

Great location on the beach, but please be advised although the rental is pet friendly, Inlet beach is not. Permits are available to homeowners and resident, not to renters. Spoke to a couple that said the permit number was provided by the owner. Not this one.

Providing a permit number for another dog is illegal. Homeowners providing false dog permits would cost homeowner their permit and still could put guest in jeopardy of being fined.

Inlet Beach is the perfect get away for families or multiple families. The property has a state park less than half a mile east with a large coastal dune lake that is accessible from the beach. Lots of beach that you do not share with many people. Quiet but not far from many activities such as shopping and dining.
