Great house in a convenient location

This house is very spacious and close enough to the city without being in the city
 Love the decor and it was very clean!Chris responded quickly to messages and was accommodating..Having a coffee shop right across the street was a big plus!!! Easy to Waymo to and from the city!

Wonderful home in a great area. Very communicative host!

We absolutely loved our stay. Any negative comments in the previous review were addressed prior to our stay. The house is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and was perfect for our get-together. The host was very easy to reach and worked with us for a smooth checkin and checkout. I’ll definitely use this location for future reservations. Thanks!

Accommodating Space

We had a group of 5 men visiting Phoenix for senior softball tournament. The fact this Vrbo has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was great! The space is laid out well and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

My team of leaders loved this home. It provided adequate space for 7 adults (3 couples 1 unaccompanied) to have their own rooms. The three bathrooms, with showers, were great for the size of our group.We had plenty of meeting space, separate from the kitchen/dining areas. The TV was large enough for us to gather around for a video webinar.The home is conveniently located near a coffee shop and grocer for essentials.We would definitely stay again.

Great location for Fairgrounds

Property is well located to the fairgrounds and was a nice easy 5 minute drive versus our 1-1.5 Hour drive from our AZ residence. Had some hiccups that we communicated to the owner that he is going to address and we were totally bummed about no hot tub! We were looking to enjoy that after the long days at the fair but it was not working.

Never again

Could not have been more disappointed in our stay. Kitchen We rent houses so we can cook at home and not have to eat out for every meal, but we could not use the Kitchen- 1) There was only one 9” skillet in the entire kitchen to cook with, so no cooking for our family. 2) There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot, so no coffee. The cabinet door under the sink had a broken hinge and basically fell off when opened and the handle on the other door was missing a screw and fell down too. Laundry We rent houses to be able to wash clothes when needed. This house has a washer and dryer but the detergent is locked in a cabinet so no use of washer and dryer Toiletries and soaps There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire house for our family to share so we had to buy our own. There was 1 bottle of hand soap that was almost empty for our family to share between the 3 bathrooms The information advertised that there was a blow dryer so I left mine at home. There was no blow dryer so I had to go buy one. Jacuzzi was filthy with extremely cloudy and dirty water. Had to empty, clean, and refill the jacuzzi ourselves the first night. The jacuzzi never got over 86 so we could not use it. The pool table bumper pads are broken and missing pool balls. The trash cans are overflowing with extra trash bags stuffed in the side yard leaving no place for our trash The motion lights in the backyard kept turning on at random, shining into the master bedroom all night.
