Sun-soaked mornings, warm Gulf water, and sugar-white sand right outside your door — welcome to Harborside at Madeira, your home base for the perfect Madeira Beach getaway.
Cross the street and you’re on one of Florida’s most beloved family beaches. Walk five minutes and you’re at John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, where waterfront restaurants, dolphin cruises, ice cream shops, and jet ski rentals are all waiting. Come back to a heated pool, a hot tub, and a private balcony with marina views — and do it all again tomorrow.
Everything is included: beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a beach wagon ready to go at the door. No hidden fees. No last-minute supply runs. Just grab your sunscreen and go.
Perfect for families, couples, and friend groups looking for a walkable, stress-free Gulf Coast vacation.
THE SPACE
This bright, airy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo sits on the second floor with partial Intracoastal and marina views from your private balcony — the best seat in the house for morning coffee or an evening sunset.
The open-concept living area flows easily between a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and counter seating, making it simple to enjoy meals together after a day in the sun.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and connects directly to the bathroom and balcony, giving it a quiet, retreat-like feel. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed — perfect for kids or a second couple. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests.
An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and head home with clean clothes — a small thing that makes a big difference on longer stays.
Every room has its own TV and the WiFi is fast — though you probably won’t be inside much.
What’s included:
• King bed in primary bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room
• Beach gear — wagon, chairs, umbrella & towels
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dining essentials
• Fresh linens and towels provided
• In-unit washer and dryer
• One parking space included
• High-speed WiFi
A PERFECT DAY FOR FAMILIES
The kids are up early and already asking about the beach before breakfast hits the table. Scramble some eggs in the fully equipped kitchen — quick, easy, no waiting for a table — then load up the beach wagon with chairs, towels, and umbrella. It’s all already here. You’re across the street and on the sand before 9am.
A few hours of sandcastles, jumping waves in the warm Gulf surf, and the classic parental negotiation over sunscreen reapplication. When the midday heat kicks in, head back to cool off in the heated pool — the kids will immediately declare it the best part of the trip.
Skip the cooking tonight. Walk five minutes to John’s Pass and grab a table at The Boardwalk for fresh fish tacos and lobster rolls right on the water, or let the kids drag you into Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. for a classic waterfront dinner they’ll be talking about all the way home. If the mood is right, head to Caddy’s Madeira Beach for waterfront dining with a 70-foot tiki bar and live music to cap the night perfectly.
Ice cream on the boardwalk on the way home. Balcony to catch the last light over the marina. Kids out cold by 9pm.
That’s a Madeira Beach family day — and Harborside at Madeira makes every bit of it effortless.
A PERFECT DAY FOR COUPLES
Sleep in. Coffee on the balcony while boats drift through the marina below — no agenda, no rush. This is what you came for.
Wander across the street to the beach mid-morning, chairs and umbrella already packed in the wagon. Find your spot, read your book, float in the Gulf, and remember what it feels like to do absolutely nothing together.
Afternoon in the heated pool and hot tub. Maybe a nap. Definitely no schedule.
As the sun starts to drop, get ready for an evening out. Crabby’s on the Pass is a short drive for waterfront cocktails and live music as the sky turns gold over the Intracoastal. Or head down to St. Pete Beach for dinner at Carino’s — the area’s beloved Italian spot with live music on Fridays and Saturdays — think candlelight, handmade pasta, and a wine list worth lingering over. For something more elevated, make the 30-minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg and end the night at The Canopy, a rooftop cocktail bar at the Birchwood Hotel with sweeping views of Tampa Bay.
Come home to the balcony, the marina lights, and the quiet hum of a perfect Gulf Coast evening.
That’s the couples’ version of Harborside at Madeira — and it’s worth every minute.
