This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom private home is located in the desirable Panama City Beach, Fl. Just two miles from the beach.
This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy!
Relax with the whole family in the spacious open floor plan living and dining, a large island that seats six for cocktails or game night, Retreat to the outside pool deck of this sustainable getaway with views of the pool and palm trees. The reviews tell the story. when you are tired of swimming in the pool load the family up and travel two miles to the sandy white beaches of Panama City Beach. The pool is only heated October - May.

We were in town for baseball at Publix. The house was close to the field and made going back and forth convenient. The boys enjoyed the heated pool everyday after baseball!

I was very pleased with our rental. It was spacious and clean. Plenty of lounging area outside by the pool. The pool however, was not heated and stayed cold. I reached out to the owner to let her know. That was the only reason I gave the pool a 3 star. There are some soft spots in the floor but not anything to detour you from staying here. Close to lots with driving. Nice dead end road. We enjoyed our stay!

Pool was not heated as advertised. Too cold to use. Paid 60 for the pool. The rest of the house was as expected. Enjoyed the close location to activities.

Wonderful Family Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Located on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

BEST PLACE IN PANAMA CITY TO STAY

We just experienced our second stay in Panama City Beach here and both stays have been fantastic. The house is always clean and perfectly located to everything you might need. Our host is quick to answer if you need assistance and the pool is 100% worth the stay especially if you enjoy the beach but would rather not swim in the ocean.

Great family vacation home

This was a great family vacation home. The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was warm and beautiful. The family loved sitting outside next to the pool and swimming. The house had everything we needed for or vacation. The location was great, beautiful neighborhood. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great PCB stay

My husband and I brought our 3 kids (ages 5, 9, and 15) to PCB for my 9 year old to play in the New Years Baseball Fest Tournament at Publix Sports Park. The tournament was only 4 minutes away from this property. There are tons of places for food, shopping, etc. within 10 minutes. The host was 10/10 with communication. Our only issues were minor cleanliness concerns, which the owner addressed immediately. The pool was worth the extra money we spent, rather than dealing with a condo. If we return to PCB we would definitely reserve this location.

Perfect for Swimmers!

This house gave us everything we needed. Our teenagers had their own rooms, and we had a private master suite. We were so grateful to have access to such a lovely pool! The kitchen was wonderful, and we were thankful to find everything we needed. This home is convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to return!

Great Location!

After a long day at the softball tournament it was absolutely amazing to comeback to the pool and enjoy it with no crowds and no sand. We could make a short drive to the beach for some fishing and shell hunting and get back and spend the evening with the kids and grandkids in the pool!

Safe neighborhood, great location and pool was awesome.

We really loved this place. We had 2 double red flag days so the pool was nice. The drive to the beach was not bad at all. Tina was very accommodating to us and answered every question we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great property!

Had a wonderful time here! The house is clean and roomy. We considered its location to be perfect - close enough for a quick drive to all of the attractions, but far enough away from the main strip to avoid the party scene and crazy traffic. The only negative was that the pool didn’t appear to be heated. It was cold. But that’s a petty gripe, and in no way diminished our overall experience. Great host with quick communication. Highly recommended!

Great Vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was small but perfect for our family of 5. The location was right around the corner from many activities, beaches, and restaurants. We REALLY enjoyed the pool and swam in it almost everyday during our seven day trip. Kitched was well equiped for all our cooking needs. Would recommend a few more pans for cooking, but otherwise it was perfect! Thank you Tina for letting us enjoy your home!
