This newly renovated upstairs studio apartment may be reserved alone or as additional space when renting the Paddlewheel Penthouse. Features a king bed, kitchenette, stand up shower in bathroom, and cozy dining and living space with beautiful views. Located in the building where the famous Star of Saugatuck operates, this downtown location has river views and fantastic people watching! Air conditioning, wifi, cable and smart TV. Walking distance to all things Downtown Saugatuck, this unique and exquisite place is perfect for a couple or single traveler. This property does not have access to the hot tub or pool.

River dock view - shades up another bldg/residence has view right in to bedroom (maybe shades that open from the top instead?). Did have some loud voices from neighbors.Very conveniently located from town for walkers, which we like. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

It was easy to drive around. The food and the restaurants which were plenty was good. The people that lived in town were very nice and accommodating.

This was a perfect spot for a couple day getaway! The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the river. The location is great as everything was in walking distance. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!
