New 4 BR house near center and beaches with bikes

Renovated 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms house with a lovely kitchen that includes all the amenities and much more. Large Living/Dinning room space for entertaining or relaxing. Head to the basement and enjoy the game area with a TV. Outdoor offers a BBQ area and Fire pit you can enjoy with family and friends . We offer on-site free parking and the house sits near the beaches, and is a short drive to the city center and ferry.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at the centrally located residence . Beautiful renovated kitchen with a large dinner table. If you want to watch TV and play with your family there is very comfortable and large game room in the basement. Four large bedrooms, w/ twin and queen beds and two bathrooms.
If you want to go to the beach we offer bikes, chairs and beach towels. You can relax and have dinner outside if that is your choice as we also offer a barbecue area and a fire pit area. Two bathrooms one with a walk in shower and another with a bathtub. The beach and the city center and restaurants are close proximity to the house
We have a septic system so please NO oil and trash in the sink. You need to take extra care for the toilet and nothing other than toilet paper is allowed to be flushed. All the trash is to be disposed downstair, before you leave please leave it in there and not in the apartment.
There is a private parking lot . The house is very comfortable w/ a lot a space for your family and friends. We have a two private pavement entrances.
There are many beaches, walking trails, tourist attractions, and beautiful sunsets. In the summer there are family events, children's activities. Lots of fun activities everywhere you look for people of all ages. Near the main central square it is great for hanging out or checking out the famous gingerbread houses.
Located on a very quiet street, less than 5 minutes away you can enjoy the golf course and the ice arena. Morning Glory farm is a 4 minute drive or a short walk from the property. Lots of beaches to choose from especially south beach which is a short 10 minute drive. Edgartown city center is also located nearby for restaurants and shopping or just plain hanging out.
