Cosy private studio with swimming pool facility. Located next to the beach and restaurants.

The space
1) Convenient location: located at the heart of Kona, quick access to the beach and restaurants, convenience stores are just right next to the studio

2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

Guest could access the swimming pool and laundry facilities inside the building

Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the studio and in the Inn. $350 USD fine will be given from the property management once reported. Mahalo!

I only stayed overnight so didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the property facilities. The studio itself was well appointed, clean and quiet. Had no issues or problems. The host was very responsive to all questions I had.

Awesome location! Within walking distance to a lot of really great restaurants, stores, and the beach! It was perfect for just two of us. A few things need some minor maintenance (the hand towel rack was not fully secured and the screen door came off at one point) but otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!! Walking distance to everything you need! The room was nice and worked fine for one person. There is no bathroom sink - the kitchen sink is used for both spaces which would be very challenging with another person. No dresser to put clothes away and no nightstands by the bed for charging phones. Great for a solo spot!

Lovely little place

Clean. Easy to check in. Manager was responsive and the place is walking distance to shops and nightlife. Perfect spot for a stay on this side of the island.

Great Location!

Neat and tidy unit close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Located in a respectable condo complex with outdoor bbq, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy condo in great location

We had a wonderful stay in Jacy’s condo. It has a prime location, just a short walk away from the center of town with many cute shops, restaurants and beaches. The condo had everything we needed and we loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The property gardens are beautiful!Communication with our host was outstanding. She was super friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Even after our stay when we realized we had left something in the condo, Jacy responded quickly and helped us to get our belongings back. Thank you so much!Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at a perfect location

We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!

Always enjoy staying at this property. It may be a llittle dated, but it’s clean and well maintained. We like the central location, and that we can walk to shop, eat and drink.

Great property & great condo. Stocked with everything you need! Clean and nicely furnished. Would rent again. Owner was very good with communication. Fast to reply. Checked to see if we made it and found property ok. Pool and hot tub very clean. BBQ very handy for cooking dinner. Beautiful grounds!!!

Perfect Spot in Kona

Very close to Downtown Kona. Only a short walk away. A very nice getaway to stay and relax. The patio was really nice to have breakfast and hear the ocean and wildlife.

One night stay

Quiter than expected, tasteful decor, clean, comfotable bed and nice linens. Laundry room on the opposite side of the complex is a little sketchy but worked fine except change machine was broken. The little porch and birds sining was lovely. We expected noise from the pool and there was none. Parking can be hit or miss.
