Prepare for the ultimate Hilton Head vacation at Hilton Head Beach Villa 8! This lovely split-level three-story condo has a spacious floorplan and is located in the oceanfront complex of Hilton Head Beach Villa right in the heart of South Forest Beach and near Coligny Beach and Plaza! With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and many upgrades such as furniture, flooring, and appliances throughout, this home will not disappoint. The first floor of the villa consists of a den with a sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the patio with great outdoor space. The outdoor space offers a patio dining table and chairs, a shared charcoal grill, and access to the grassy oceanfront lawn and the community pool.

On the first level, the twin bedroom has a flatscreen TV, patio access, and access to the bathroom in the upper foyer hall that features a walk-in shower. The second level of the villa is the main floor which offers an open kitchen, newly furnished living and dining areas with a slider door leading to the deck off the kitchen. The living room has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen, with granite countertops, new stainless appliances, tile flooring, and modern cabinetry has every you need to get your chef on beach-style! The two primary bedrooms are on the third level. Both are furnished with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.

This villa was perfect for my family of 5. It was very clean and the location is perfect! The pool is so clean and not crowded. We jad great night swims. Its super close to coligny plaza. We will definitely be back!

Fall trip to Hilton Head

This condo was great. I loved the ease of getting around near the area of its location. Great restaurants and live music close by. We had two couples and there was plenty of room with a bedroom to spare. Kitchen was well equipped if you like to cook. Had lots of extras too that we normally have to bring ourselves (beach towels, different soaps, garbage bags, etc.) There were not very many people at the pool each day, which was really nice.

Family Trip

The unit is in a great location just a short walk from the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is located at the edge of the property. The pool is really nice with a zero entry that was great for the young kids. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would love to return to this unit again.

Great stay on HHI!

Traveling with young adults and the condo was perfect for our party of 5. There was plenty of space, and the location was perfect. We loved being so close to the beach and pool. Communication with our hosts was great from the time of booking until checkout. The website and portal were very helpful and easy to navigate.

Great Location and Property

We loved the location of the Hilton Head Beach Villas. It is steps from the pool, great for kids of all ages, and the property is beachside with a very short walk to the beach. The entire family loved the new pool area with a zero entry which was great for the youngest grandchild. The complex was well-maintained, and the landscaping was beautiful. The smallness of the complex (30 units) allowed families to gather and enjoy the large open lawn. A bonus was seeing fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July. We appreciated host2coast's arrival package and how clean the property was kept. The condo layout allowed privacy for everyone and was very soundproof. Most everything in the condo has been updated and tastefully decorated. The property is a 10-minute walk to Coligney Plaza allowing us to have a fun mix of pool, beach, shopping, and dining nearby.

Family vacation

This was our first family trip to HH and we really enjoyed our stay!! There was plenty of rooms to make us comfortable and the location is awesome! Steps away from the beach & pool was an extra bonus when traveling with young kids. Communication with host2coast was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend the HH Beach Villa!!

Great Villa!

These beach villas are the best place to stay on the island! I have stayed in many of them and this one was one of my favorites. The shower size in the master bedroom was spectacular! If there was just any suggestion I could give - it would be to somehow have more space to store food. This is not a hit on the owners & didn't take away from the stay, it's just something we thought a lot about while we were there. We moved all of the decorations off of the black credenza to put all of the chips/cereal/snacks.

Issues

Sink in master bath was missing the drain, the other was just a dribble coming out. Shower intermittently leaked. Toilet was always refilling tank. Something is clogged in ac vent and constantly flapping when fan is on

Comfortable and Great Location

Convenient distance to Coligny Beach shops and restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beach. The property management was very responsive to an issue we had. Nice area of Hilton Head.

Perfect Friend-cation

This property is one that we would stay at again, and again. Management is easy to work with and very responsive. The location is perfect! A short walk to the beach, a short bike or walk to Coligny. This location was one that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Nice condo, great location!

Condo was great for our multi-generational family fall break -- especially with kids. Not the most modern/up to date rental, but clean and comfortable. I was worried it might be a long walk out to the beach but it was not as distant as some of the pics made it seem. Pool is not heated, which kept adults 'out' in October but kids didn't seem to mind. Beautiful landscaping/trees/greenspace left plenty of space for kids to make friends and play football/soccer and having direct access outside from the ground floor was also a plus. Very quiet at night, perfect for families, and close to park/playgrounds and restaurants/shops at Coligny.

Making great memories

I was able to stay at this property with my wife, granddaughter, father-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece. It sounds like quite a mix but we are a close family. The property however allowed us each have our own space we were extremely close to the beach with pool access right out the back door. We were also close enough to Coligny plaza to walk. The location is excellent the property was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

This community has become my favorite place to stay when visiting HHI! So convenient to food, shopping and most importantly super easy beach access. The Villa was clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. We definitely didn’t want to leave!
