This beautiful villa with private rooftop deck is a true gem and the perfect place to call your vacation home away from home! Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.

Beachy hues and decor give the interior of this villa a relaxed vibe the whole family will enjoy. Awake to the smell of freshly brewed coffee coming from the fully-equipped kitchen, sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on your private rooftop deck, stretch out in the spacious living area complete with throw blankets for late movie nights on the couch, or be toes in the sand after just a few minutes walk to the beach. Amazing vacation!

Wonderful place to stay for our family vacation! The house was very clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable with our adult kids for the week. The rooftop deck was perfect for us for morning coffee and evening dinners. Great location with quick beach access and close to Coligny Plaza for shopping, coffee, and ice cream. Would highly recommend this villa-we would stay here again if we're back in HH!

Great location, perfect size for our stay

Amazing location close to so much on the island. Easy walk to the sand for beach access. Perfect size for 6 adults to share! The kitchen is well equipped but very small and difficult to have more than one person in there at a time. Also, the downstairs 2 bedrooms couldn’t cool off-luckily there were box fans in each room to help

Great location

Perfect location, very clean, fully stocked with everything imaginable including beach chairs and umbrellas. Would highly recommend for families with children. The rooftop was a bonus and it's conveniently located in front of the pool.

Great Beach Getaway!

My friends and I were all looking for a quick beach getaway and this was perfect! House was everything we needed, we loved the roof deck, and the walk to the beach was the best part! We love HHI so we were so happy to find this place.

Location is great as it's so close to Coligny Plaza, with plenty of shops and dining. Beach location is great, and the Large Upper Deck really sets this property apart from the others. We had a blast!

Ocean Side Coligny on Hilton Head Island

We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with a huge rooftop deck. It’s not fancy but was very comfortable and homey, comfortable beds and furnished with great kitchen items for anything you want to cook. Easy access to the beach and a nice heated pool. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Hilton Head location

Our group of 3 couples had a great stay at this property. The villa itself was spacious and well appointed . We all had our own bathrooms which was perfect. The rooftop patio was a bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was also a huge draw.

We did not have AC working in room that has 2 beds and it was really hot. On the second day that room was manifested with fire ants making it not usable.

Great week!

This was a great property and I would definitely stay here again! We had 6 adults and a toddler with plenty of space. The location was great with a 2 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the high chair for our toddler!

Great Spot

We had a great time. The unit has everything you will need for your stay, even the small things that you don't think of bringing. It's a nice short walk to Coligny Plaza, an hour drive to Savannah, and the beach and pool are right there. I would recommend this rental to anyone.
