Host was very welcoming. Condo is very nice & easy access (no steps or elevators to get to door). Plenty of room for girls weekend with my Mom. 3 of us had our own bed & it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. It's a beautiful complex with the landscaping, dock & being right on the water. Host communicated quickly with me as I had issues with wi-fi and gate code. They have a new system that was just installed so they were still working out the kinks with it. We loved our stay there and was so close to everything!! We shopped & ate all weekend and it was all just within a few miles of the condo. The only downside was no coffee or tea bags so just bring your own coffee & if you plan on cooking you just need to bring everything you want. It is equipped nicely with silverware, plates, cups, cookware, etc... just no personal items there as "extras". I reached out to host due to the cleaning service didn't clean the floors but aside from that we were very happy with our stay there & we WILL be booking this condo again for our next trip!!

Myself and 2 teens loved our stay. Pool was heated. Patio was nice to sit. Ground level within steps to a nice dock to sit and relax. Beds were comfy. Condo had everything we needed. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Check in day, I received a text stating the condo was ready for early check in 2 hours early so that was nice! Upon arrival, the door code did not work but a quick call and we were in within 5 minutes. Washer and dryer are located in the 2nd bedroom which was slightly inconvenient since I’m an early riser and the teens are not but grateful to have an in unit set. They provided enough soap for 2 loads of laundry and 2 loads of dishes. There was 1 roll of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper. Plenty of bath towels. Outside closet held beach chairs, toys and a wagon to haul all your gear to the beach or the pool. Condo was extremely clean. I also loved the flamingo coffee cups!

Our stay was perfect ! It was our 1st time in Florida and we loved it. the walk to the beach was very close, only a few minutes even with a baby! it had all of the amenities , restaurants, and shops around us. Everything went smoothly!

This place was amazing. Location was perfect for fishing close to the condo, close to the beach, close to attractions. Really nice neighborhood ,minus all the construction going on, and very friendly environent. Price was awesome and condo was spot on. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Great Place

I loved the location of the property, it is minutes from everywhere you need to go. The beach is a short walk and I enjoyed being able to sit by the docks that are just behind the condos. The place is definitely worth the stay!

Nice location and stay. Needs minor improvements.

This place would easily be a 5/5, but there were a collection of minor issues that we had. None of these issues were detrimental and we would absolutely stay here again. Location, overall roominess, access to activities, check-in process, and more were great. The issues we had included certain lights not working (kids room)
but there were lamps so we didn’t sweat it. The floors were pretty dirty. There were also no condiments in the condo. I don’t expect much in the way of that, but there wasn’t even salt, pepper, or sugar. In summation, we really enjoyed our trip and would stay here again. A few improvements and this place would be an absolute 5/5.
