Located on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, this beachfront condo is ready to welcome you to the sunshine! While you can be reclining on the sand or splashing in the surf in no time at all, this property is also conveniently close to several local attractions including Henderson Beach State Park, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, the Emerald Bay Golf Club, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, all within 10 miles of your door.

Discover a bold, bright, and beautiful interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a cozy living area with plush sofas and a TV for relaxing evenings in. Outside, take in the view or dine alfresco on your private balcony, and then head down to swim in the pool or enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub.

This third-floor condo also includes a private washer/dryer and cooling central air-conditioning for your comfort and convenience.

Very nice home and beautiful view. We did not have any beach access due to the construction. The check-in time is too late and we were not given an option to checkin earlier if the home was already cleaned and ready. We had flown in and was not able to get into the home until 4:00. But it was still a very nice place.

Our stay was good, however we did not have beach access as stated. No one told us there would be construction going on. So we never made it to the beach. ( Bombmer) The thermostat setting read 70, however the condo temp read 76. The condo was dated a bit but ok for us. It was clean Except for black marks on the walls. I would lease again

Nicely decorated with pretty view

This is a very nice property and good value compared to other Destin properties. It has a very pretty view and access to the beach on the inlet and is just a short drive to the Boardwalk if you prefer the beach.

Breathtaking views

The views from this building are amazing. You can see the sunrise around the side of the balcony into the harbor and the moon over the gulf. Nice pool area

Horrible experience

We checked in on Sunday 7/6/25 and immediately knew the air wasn’t working correctly. Had several communications with an online chat but never spoke to anyone. I messaged everyday/multiple times a day. I sent a message requesting a supervisor. She called and told me the same thing everyone else said, we will let the local maintenance know. Needless to say, we stayed in a condo with barely any air in the beach. Had to use fans and sleep with all the doors open so we would have a breeze from the beach coming in. Do not recommend using Vacasa for anything!!! Zero communication!! Mold on showers, front door broken, lights out. We stayed in East Pass Towers I in Destin, La.

Rooms in general.

Rooms were decorated to be a little dated with all the mirrors. The biggest thing is the A/C throughout the tower, it trips off a lot, and a hard reset is the only way to get it to blow cold air again. This needs to be addressed badly, no one likes to sleep when it is hot in the room. Our rooms ice maker did not work in the fridge/freezer. It is a long walk to either beach, be prepared to work to get to the beach.

You cannot access the ocean directly from this property. The public beach access is about 1/4 of a mile down the road as Noriega Point is closed for construction. There are about 6 different codes that you have to use in and around the property. The unit front door code did not work so we had to stand out front of the unit for about 30 minutes waiting for management to reset the code. The unit furniture is wore out and damaged. The living room rug is very dirty. The AC did not work as well as many of the electrical outlets. Evidentky, this is a common problem because there is a sheet of instructions to tell you how to reset the AC unit and electrical items to make them work. Needless to say, we had no desire to do that. The unit has a great view and nice size balcony but the description is just not clear to let you know that you cannot get into the ocean from this location.
