Escape to this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! Only two blocks from the beach. Renovations to be fully completed by April 15th. . Unwind around the fire pit in your backyard oasis or take advantage of our screened-in porch with bar and entertaining area. You'll find plenty of sleeping options including a pull out couch, queen bed, two twin beds and one double bed. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer to make this perfect spot!

My family and I loved this place. We’ve been vacationing in OOB for thirty years at various cottage rentals and we all agreed that this was our favorite. Clean, spacious, close to the beach, and seamless check in and check out. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing. Photos are as advertised, super clean and the host was very accommodating. They even provide a digital booklet of all the info we needed for our stay from checking in and out to things to do and places to eat. We will absolutely be back!

Totally Awesome!

This property was over my expectations! Our party of 7 easily fit in it. We were also very surprise to find plenty of beach stuff with a beach trolley in the shed, no needs to bring any from home 😜

Great property, especially for those with limited mobility and kids

This property was great for our extended family, grandparents, parents, and kids. The grandparents slept on the main floor, close to the kitchen and parking, with a full bath on the same level. There was a pull out couch for the teenager in the living room, so he could stay up late watching tv. We, the parents, got our own bedroom, and our kids had their room with the twin bed which was big enough for a pack n play for the baby, so we didnt have to put her in a closet or the hallway, like I've had to do at other vacation homes. Also, it was easy to close the doors on the main floor and put up a baby gate at the bottol of the stairs to keep the baby contained and relatively safe, which is always a problem with rentals not being baby proofed like home. Also, the kitchen had lots of empty cabinets, so your groceries didnt have to live on the counter all week. Appliances worked great, bathrooms were easy to keep clean, and the outdoor space was nice. Overalls, we had a great time. Only 4 stars for location, because walking up the hill after spending time at the beach got pretty tiring while pushing a stroller or pulling a loaded wagon. (I solved this by moving my car to the bottom of the street and walking from there the last day. There's plenty of free street parking.)

We live in Connecticut and have been vacationing in Maine for the last 30 years. We are avid travelers and use VRBO frequently for our own stays. We love the coast of Maine and try to get there whenever we can.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our daughter attends the University of New England. She moved off campus to Old Orchard Beach this year and it inspired us to buy this property, fully renovate it and make it a place she will be comfortable in for her Senior year next year. We plan to rent it out during the summer months when we aren't enjoying it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house has had a full makeover. All beds and furniture are brand new. The outdoor area is great to relax and cook out. Our favorite is that it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and only 10 minute walk to The Brunswick - our favorite place to see a band!
