Sunny Daze is a spacious, 2 bed/2 bath condo in the quiet, small, family friendly Peachtree Place II complex, right across Front Beach Rd. by Alvin's Island and behind Splash. This cozy, low-rise condo is on the 3rd floor and includes an elevator and free on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles per reservation. Sunny Daze sleeps 6 guests and features beach views from the master bedroom balcony! This condo is centrally located to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre and 30A in the opposite direction, making it the perfect place to stay for events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and more. This condo is one your family will want to return to year after year!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those item's.
