Coastal Heaven truly lives up to its name! Located directly on the sugar-white sands of St. Joe Beach (Beacon Hill), this cozy 3-bedroom, 4-bath beachfront home sleeps 6 comfortably and offers plenty of room to unwind.

As you enter, you’re welcomed by an open floor plan that combines the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends. Also on the first floor are a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full guest bath, and the laundry room for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find the second guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and private bath. The spacious master suite is also on this level, boasting a king-size bed and inviting sitting area surrounded by windows that frame panoramic views of the Gulf. Step onto the private master deck and enjoy breathtaking sunsets and peaceful morning breezes.

The downstairs deck offers another great spot to relax with your favorite beverage. Cooking is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with every essential tool and two coffee makers—Keurig and regular drip—to suit every preference.

A double garage on the ground floor includes an additional full bath, perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Coastal Heaven is ideally located just across the street from Beacon Hill Veterans Memorial State Park, which features a pickleball court, playground, dog park, and picnic area.

Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Wonderful Beachfront Vacation House

We would definitely stay here again! This house has a fully stocked kitchen, four full bathrooms, comfortable beds, a hot tub, and the best view of the Gulf. It was very easy for us to come and go from the house to the beach. The beach was private and very peaceful.

Great beach house!

The beach house was great!! The only negative would b that the upstairs bathrooms need updating! Otherwise the indoor and outdoor spaces were great!! Great beach access!!

PSJ Fall Break

We loved staying here during our fall break. It was very comfortable and plenty of space. The house was clean, the only thing I would reccomend is clearing the path to the beach a little better. We will be back!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our week at the beach. We spent most of our time on the back porch. We liked the ability to park our vehicle in the garage. The views from the dining room as we ate were gorgeous. You couldn’t ask for a better place to watch the Gulf sunsets. The boardwalk to the beach made it easy to get to and from the beach. It is in a central location that made going to Mexico Beach and Port St Joe convenient. This house is comfortable. We didn’t cook much but it appeared that it was a well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful in Every Way!

Coastal Heaven really lives up to its name. This is truly a beachfront home as the beach is just a few steps from the house, and the view from the house was completely unobstructed. The home itself was tastefully decorated and layout was very accommodating for all. Having four bathrooms makes everything so convenient, The bathroom on the ground level is truly a full bath with a shower, sink, and toilet and makes it so handy when you just need to take a quick bathroom break from the beach. And, everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Furnishings/decor were up to date and just the right beachy touches without being overdone. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom is very spacious and the office/sitting area came in handy as we used an air mattress for one of the children and it was not a bit cramped even with that. We love Port St. Joe area - very family friendly/laid back atmosphere and plenty of good restaurants and other retail options to enjoy. Grocery stores are just a short drive. There were lots of people, yet the beaches did not seem crowded at all. There were a couple of days when the ocean was quite murky but most of the time, the water was relatively clear and the sand on these beaches is truly like sugar! Staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. It would be nice to have had T.V.’s in all the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was pretty close to perfect!
