East Mexico Beach: Large 2 bedrms avec une reine dans le master bedmings et jumeaux dans le bedrm plus petit. 2 salles de bain une salle de bain complète à l'étage et un demi-lavabo en bas. Au large du maître bedrm, il y a un balcon avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Possède un patio privé joliment aménagé avec barbecue au charbon et extérieur. Salle pour 4 voitures pour stationner 2 en face et 2 derrière les 2 premières en face de l'unité ..........

We had fun at the beach. So close to walk across the road and the place was very clean. The host is very responsive & respectful as well. Everything was updated and looked great. Quiet area and being able to walk to ShipWrecked & the Outlook Lounge was a plus, Town was a very short drive.

We loved everything about this place! The location was great with cute towns and beachs just to the East. Found more snails, crabs, sand dollars, and full shells than ever before on vacation. Plus the home is so comfy from the beds to the seating areas to the overall vibe. 10 out of 10. Will be back soon!

This condo was beautiful and surprisingly more spacious than the pictures led me to believe. We stayed with our three kids, aged 3, 7, 10 and they loved it here. The beds were all very comfortable, the shower was very nice, and the table sat us all easily for meals. The beach was very easy to walk to, and the path was even lit at night. The condo only provides 4 towels and one hand towel. We utilized the washing machine but I would have liked an extra hand towel, so bring your own if you have more than four people. Also, the road that the condo is on was a lot busier than I expected. I wasn't familiar with the area so the pictures gave me the impression that it was on a stretch of road without a lot of traffic or other condos, but that's not the case. There may not be a building directly in front, but the road is constantly busy this time of year so we did not really enjoy sitting on the balcony like we thought we would. Overall we had a fabulous week and Sandy's Sandals made for a comfortable home to return to each day. We would definitely come back.

This was a great beach vacation spot for our family. A quick walk across 98 to the beach access to enjoy the white sand and water! Sandy was easy to communicate with and had all we needed there.

This home was just beautiful. We had such an amazing time and the host was absolutely amazing at communicating very promptly. We had no issues at all. The beach is very private very little people at the beach. This resort was quaint away from all of the bigger cities and people which was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Don't hesitate to book this one!

Aside from being a beautiful and spacious home, the location could not have been more perfect....a 30 second walk to the beach. The upper balcony was a great place to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks. Sandy was so kind and quick to respond to questions. She really did think of everything....including a super cute beach read on the nightstand!! Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous getaway

This townhouse is adorable. The view is amazing. The beach is quiet and so clean. The location is perfect. Just a short drive to other towns. We can't wait to come beck!

Panama City is where my family vacationed when I was a child. I grew up in Birmingham Alabama and all my life I dreamed of living in Florida. When I was 27 I joined the military and moved to Ft Walton Beach, FL where met my husband and got married. After about 20 years there we relocated to Tyndall AFB and moved Panama City. In 2018 we moved to St Joe Beach just down the street from the townhouse this is where we live today. Update I have retired after 32 years. Retirement date was 1 Jan 2017 Happy New Year!

After I finally got to Florida the next thing I dreamed of was having a home on the beach. There were just to many people on the beaches in Ft Walton and Panama City Beaches, so this is what lead us to St Joe Beach. It's beautiful here and just enough people for company, but not over crowded. My dream has come true and I'm sharing with you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sandy's Sandals was renovated after Hurricane Michael. The townhome is located across the street form the beach steps from the water with little or no waiting to cross the street. Hear the waves rushing upon the sparkling white sand from your private second story deck. This is an awesome place to watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf of America. If you prefer to stay in the unit is decorated in a coastal casual style, has a 55"TV in the livingrm and smart TVs in each bedrm. There is free WIFI, and a DVD player with large DVD library. You also have an outside shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. This is an end unit with access to the backyard via a sidewalk running down beside the building. If you would like to bring your boat there is parking for it across the street or at the other end of the building.
