Newly remodeled! This one bedroom, one bathroom condo located at Summerspell offers a ton of amenities at a great price! Perfect for smaller groups, this unit is in a great location in Miramar Beach. The view from this condo is breathtaking. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet and offers a nice community pool, a hot tub, a grilling area, as well as a coin-op laundry. Enjoy your days lounging by the pool and end a perfect day by grilling out with family and friends! If you prefer to go out and eat, don’t worry; you are within walking distance to some of the best dining options in 30a/Destin! Pompano Joe’s world-famous Gulf-front restaurant is located right across from this complex. Both Kenny D’s and Captain Dave’s are also located just a short distance away! Inside the complex you will find a fully furnished kitchen. The living room is spacious and open and features a flat screen TV. The master suite features a king bed. There are also twin-over-twin bunk beds and a comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. Summerspell 305 is in the heart of Destin so the entertainment opportunities are abundant! Outdoor malls, movie theatres, hundreds of eateries, arcades and award-winning golf courses are all just minutes away. All you need to bring are beach towels, swimsuits and plenty of sunscreen. Perfect location and place for price!

We scheduled on short notice not expecting to find a place, but Summerspell was perfect. It is located across from public beach access and Pompano Joes. Each room has a view of the ocean (2nd & 3rd) floors. We spent a lot of our time on the deck. We look forward to coming back.

Summer Spell

We loved the view and location of this property. Nice pool and hot tub. This property was definitely good for what we needed. We spend a lot of our time at the beach. Would have liked it better if the check-in time could have been earlier (closer to 2:00) and the check out time a little later (closer to 11:00). Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful stay

Furniture in living room was not comfortable and had issues with the door not locking due to moisture but overall has a wonderful time.

Worst Miramar Experience in 15yrs

Our family has been staying in the “Pompano Joes” area for 15 yrs. We’ve stayed at Blue Surf, Gulf View, Gulf View II, Beachside Inn, Summer Breeze, etc and have always had a great stay! All clean properties and wonderfully managed by Newman Dailey! Sumerspell 305 and Sand Dollar Properties are a complete joke! Weather stripping at the front door hanging off, broken lamp in the living room, rusted out refrigerator, shade blinds in bedroom and living room were destroyed, broken microwave molding laying on top of the refrigerator, and the floor throughout had a slippery slime feel. Too make matters worse, I was called twice about the someone needing entry to the rental. Neither time was I talked to personally and the property was entered without our preparation or knowledge. On the second to last day of our stay, I was awoken at 9am with a call to advise that Lowes was on the way to replace the kitchen stove? In 5 minutes time, I answered the knock on the door in my underwear (and my family sleeping) to 3 guys that insisted on ripping out the stove and replacing with a new one? Of course, I was promised an email the following Monday with compensation for our family’s inconvenience…. that was 3 weeks ago and Sand Dollar has yet to reach out! There are many wonderful Miramar Beach options to choose from…. this is not one of them! Put your trust, put your money, and put your family vacation in someone else’s hands!

The property was dirty. Microwave half broke, suppose to be pet free, dog toys behind sofa, unclean dishes n pans. Food left on both, faucet handle in bathroom cracked and filthy. Sink and toilet and shower drain dirty. Bathroom floor dirty around toilet, bed linens dirty. No parking pass. Sent email to property manager and called and received no response.

Fun at Summerspell

We were only able to stay for 8 days, but it was just what my husband and I needed. The view from our balcony was gorgeous- sparkly ocean, brilliant sunsets- doesn't get much better! Played board games every night with friends from another condo and can't remember laughing so much! Great memories :)

We loved our stay here. It was a great time to get away for a few days, and we picked an outstanding place. Bring at the beach, it's was a little sandy in some places, but we expected that. The views were just as promised and everything worked well. There are several places to eat within walking distance. We'd love to stay here again.

Great location , Easy Beach Access

This was a nice condo and we had a great time! The only negative thing I can say about the place was the floors were dirty but with the beach right across the street I can see why this is a problem. The pool was beautiful and the balcony was my favorite part .. Awesome place to read and listen to the waves….

Great location. Loved the pool/spa. Master bed was pretty uncomfortable and noisy. Floors didn’t seem super clean and could have used rugs throughout condo.

Excellent location and view right across the street from the beach. Had trouble with the locks maintenance was quick to respond but had to come out multiple times but overall a great experience.

Long weekend getaway!

This was our first time staying at this property. The property is a little older and not as clean. There was rust on the refrigerator door, and drain in the bathtub was missing. But the location was worth it!! The beach access was so convenient, along with the pool. My family and I had a great time and would do it again!!

Very relaxing!

Everything was good except for whoever was staying on the ground floor had multiple dogs, were not kept on a leash and did not clean up after them. Other than that, we would stay here again in the future.
