Clean space and exactly what we needed. The host did an excellent job maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. The neighborhood may not be the most upscale, but the home itself felt very safe, clean, and comfortable. I’d gladly stay again. Bed was very comfortable!

Clean, comfortable and affordable

Cozy, clean and reasonably priced accommodation for a couple needing a short term stay in the St. Pete area. Good communication with the host, and easy access and transaction. We enjoyed our time there while visiting family.

Clean and quiet

I needed a place to stay while attending a training camp in the Tampa area. This room fit the bill: it has a comfortable bed, a great shower, good Wi-Fi, and easy access. It is a great value, and I will gladly book again if I am back in the area.

Clean Room, hot shower, nice bathroom. Limited parking as there were several cars parked in the driveway and lawn, a ghetto feel, but once inside, the room was comfortable. My wife said she wouldn't stay there by herself. Room was close to a Publix and Walmart. Would've been nice to have a blanket in the room and another bedside table with nearby outlets.

Wonderful Stay!

My friend and I had a great stay in this well-equipped room for a few nights. The space featured a large closet, a spacious bathroom, and essential amenities such as dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The air conditioner worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for our trip, as it provided easy access to both the beach and downtown Tampa, making the commute to either destination quick and convenient. Communication with the host was seamless, and they responded promptly to any concerns. The only minor issue we encountered was a brief power outage due to a storm with high winds, but overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Nice and clean room!

This room was very nice!! I stayed by myself and felt a little concerned about the area. The back of the house where my entrance to the room was backs up to a parking lot (there’s a wall separating the property from the parking lot) behind a little plaza. It’s in a very busy area. I wouldn’t stay there alone again by myself but if my husband were with me I think it would be ok! The drive to St. Pete’s Beach is about 25 minutes (and very traffic- heavy!). There are some ghetto-ish looking places nearby the property as well but overall the host was very friendly and the room was welcoming!
