Take a break and treat yourself to a beautiful pool, hot tub, and riverfront condo. No steps to this fully furnished 2nd-floor retreat. Amazing views from the screened-in porch. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Great location to enjoy the Withlacoochee, Rainbow, and Crystal Rivers. and all they have to offer.
Come enjoy the serenity while relaxing on our screened-in porch overlooking the Withlacoochee River. You will likely see amazing wildlife such as fish, gators, birds, otters, and turtles. The crystal clear Rainbow River is 200 yards away. Bring or rent a boat. The boat launch is 1/4 a mile away and we have onsite parking for your trailer.
This condo is surrounded by the best activities Florida has to offer; scalloping, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, exploring the local springs, scuba diving, bicycling the many trails, snorkeling, bird watching, or just unwinding by the heated pool and spa. We offer 10% off for monthly rentals and Florida residents!

I had a great stay at this property in July of 2025. Very clean and just as described. Also, the unit is very well equipped. Nothing was lacking as far as kitchen equipment or linens. Recommended!

Delightful riverside condo.

Perfectly decorated and supplied one bedroom apartment with a beautiful pool and heated spa. Comfortable and centrally located apartment.

Awesome condo!

Perfect condo, centrally located, friendly neighbors and Erin was awesome to make sure we had everything we need! Would highly recommend for a couple travelling in the area. This place is a gem in my opinion! Parking was easy, access was easy, had eveything we needed! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Snowbird paradise

It was our first time spending a month on vacation. We had a great stay. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. It's centrally located for easy access to both the Atlantic coast and the Gulf coast.It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It had plenty of space for just the two of us. There was access to the river and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again.

This place was excellent for us. Not crowded and easy walking to many things. Nice screened in porch to enjoy the beautiful outdoors on the river. The rooms were clean. The kitchen very well stocked and best shower ever. Hope to go back next year.

A great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landings It was great to have a pool/hot tub on the premises. The people in the unit above us were quite noisy at times. Not much you can do about that! Most people were very polite except for the crabby guy down by the grills. Oh well. We met some really nice people as well. We are thinking of returning next year!

Very nice

My wife and I stayed 13 nights in this very clean and very comfortable 1 bedroom condo. It’s as advertised. The bed and all furnishings super nice. Kitchen well appointed with all you would need. Lovely screened in patio overlooking pool and river also so quiet at night. It’s great being on 2nd floor with view and no stairs to climb. Stairs are required to enjoy the beautiful well managed pool though. Everyone we meet was very friendly great parking spots nice and spacious. Highly recommend going to eat at swampy’s on the rainbow river like a five minute drive from unit, also for a quick sandwich must try Gaetano’s best sub I ever had fyi I left there menu on breakfast bar 😊 Thank you Mellisa for a nice stay. John & Cindy
