Located in the stunning Carlton Landing community. Escape to this stunning 4-bed, 3.5-bath vacation house for the ultimate retreat. Can comfortably sleep 14 with a spacious interior, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace, and games on the expansive deck. This home is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 14):

FIRST FLOOR:

All of our vacation rental homes are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.

Located only a few hours from bustling cities, once in Carlton Landing, you find that the pace can naturally slow down. We call this running on ‘lake time’. Your kids can wake with the sun. Slow walks on the nature trails, through the community garden or over the vast park spaces invite you to shift your gaze from screens to the surrounding sky.

- Pool/Hot Tub Hours are 9:00am - 11:00pm
- Pools are open April-October. The Hot Tub is open throughout the year.

Fourth of July vacation

We had a great time staying at Carlton Landing over the fourth. There was so much to do and the accommodations were quite comfortable. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend.

Mother's Day Weekend

This home is amazing. Clean, elegant, roomy, quiet and in a perfect location. Our host did a great job communicating all the details. We had a 11 people with our group and we never felt cramped. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Great Location

The home is in a wonderful location within Carlton Landing. The house is beautiful and perfect for multiple families or multi-generational family members with the downstairs and upstairs master. We will definitely consider staying here next time we visit Carlton Landing.

This house was perfect!

The house has lots of room for the whole family. It’s in a perfect location to everything. The owners responded quickly to any questions I had before I got there. We would love to come back! Highly recommend!

Great house!

This house is even cuter in person. The windows all overlook the charming courtyard park and fire pit. The ceilings are so tall that the rooms feel so large. The dining table seats 6, counter seats 3, and patio table seats 6. The main floor primary suite is nice. We will be back!

Clean, great location, nice layout

Our family enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well situated within Carlton Landing. The room with the four bunk beds were a hit with our kids. Could easily accommodate a second family. Host was very responsive with responding to questions, but a few pointers to help with communication with future guests: 1. Provide parking instructions prior to arrival. 2. Making getting wifi credentials easier. A lengthly link was embedded into the VRBO text, but was unclickable from the phone. 3. Would be nice to have a binder on property that provided more information about the property, wifi instructions, restaurant options, pool hours, gate codes, activities, etc. I know all this is available online, but a hard copy would be a nice touch. 4. Final morning received email that checkout was 10am. Seems way too early. Contacted host and said 11:00. Overall a great house. Would recommend and stay again.
