This awesome home is located in South Kingstown RI, and is located 20-25 minutes from Newport, the Block Island ferry, Galilee (great charter fishing boats), and all the great beaches and restaurants in between.
TF Green International Airport is a 30 minute drive to the house and the Kingston train station is 5 minute drive from the house. - GREAT for a day trip to Providence or Boston. Many stays at my home are for activities in Newport such as the Jazz festival, folk Festival, and graduations for the The Newport Naval Academy. It also host to Brown University in Providence and URI graduations as well as summer events, which is 1/2 mile down the street .
This home is inviting with an open concept that can accomadate 10 people easily without feeling you are on top of each other. It features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a laundry room. (Three bedrooms upstairs and two are downstairs.)
It is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 3/4 miles from URI.
If you don't feel like cooking or dining out, hit the URI food court that offers a variety for take out or delivery. You can enjoy an evening at home cooking in the well-appointed kitchen or you may choose to grill your favorite foods on the spacious deck.
