Welcome to Casa Malecon, our newly renovated ocean front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, wrap around deck with views of the ocean and Malecon, rooftop pool, and steps away from some of the finest restaurants and shops in Puerto Vallarta.

Casa Malecon, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table to seat 6, and cozy living room with stunning views over Banderas Bay. There are two bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a third bedroom with a Queen sized bed, desk, and a private bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

The building itself has 24 hour security, a small gym, and a rooftop pool with stunning views.

Casa Malecon is the perfect getaway for those who want a home away from home and a place to work remotely.

Would book this spot all over again. Excellent communication with the host and property manager from the outset. Great location. Clean. Well stocked with everything that is needed, plus a few extras you don't typically find with a short term rental.

Great place to watch sunset

Great stay! Perfect location near the boardwalk, nice rooftop dipping pool, great place to watch the sunset. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-stocked, had laundry machines and plenty of closet space. Felt very safe with 24/7 security.

Amazing Views

Joanne provided us with details on restaurants, shopping and getting around downtown PV. Loved the layout of the condo, lots of room. The view from the spacious deck is spectacular. Nightly fireworks show from the Pirate ship is front and center. Enjoyed rooftop pool! Can't wait to stay here again.

FABULOUS!!!

Just spent 10 fantastics days in PV in this beautiful condo. Condo is very comfortable, well kept and modern. We had everthing we needed and more. The balcony had a great view of the ocean to whale watch and people watch on the Malecon. Overall the condo complex was very secure. Pool area overlooks the ocean with lots of seating to relax. Great location as it is central to a varity of shopping, restaurants, and bus service. Nightly fireworks from the pirate ship was a great way to end a busy day. highly recommended.

Fun in the sun

Malecon Dos was a great place to stay. Fran the owner was helpful and easy to get ahold of if needed. Jo Ann her site manager was terrific. The condo was clean and very comfortable, plenty of room for all in our group. The location was excellent with a fabulous view from the patio over looking the boardwalk and the ocean. There were no safety concerns, the guards were present 24hrs a day and were always helpful with a smile as were any staff you may meet during your stay The restaraunt in the first level of the building Vitea was an excellent perk. Everywhere we walked people were having fun and smiling. This is a great place to stay and enjoy Puerto Vallarta from. Highly recommend

Fantastic!

A wonderful place to stay! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, safe, and stocked with more than everything needed to be comfortable. My husband and I stayed here with our two twenty-something kids and everyone agreed it could not have been better. Walking distance to so much: right on the BahĂ­a de Banderas/MalecĂłn near the RĂ­o Cuale. We explored much of Puerto Vallarta, but also spent a lot of time just enjoying the condo with the sound of the waves and the view. The large balcony was a perfect hang-out. The owner, Fran, and the property manager, Jo Ann, were a delight to interact with. They offered suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Any questions we had were promptly answered. A+++

Best Location and Impeccable Condo!

Our family has stayed in rental properties all over the world and this one is one of our favorites. The location is incredible - there was no reason to drive anywhere. We walked the boardwalk in both directions just below the condo to reach beach clubs (great food for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the beach under umbrellas - toes in the sand), to reach restaurants, to walk to beach yoga (highly recommend as a way to watch the sunrise, the condo owner has the yoga instructor's info, for jogging early mornings, and to reach shopping. We had lovely dinners including at La Capella. We enjoyed sunsets from the condo balcony. We also went to the pier (a few m from the condo) and summoned a boat for a private ride to a couple lovely beaches. We fell asleep and woke up listening to the sounds of the waves. The condo building is safe and secure, so much so that when we were in the condo we often had the front door opened for a nice cross breeze with the sliders that led out to the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. The boardwalk below is bustling with vacationers and stands for food and shopping but the condo itself seals up nicely for falling asleep to the hum of the ocean waves. Our check-in was so easy, the concierge met us and explained some practical tips. I had one of the best massages of my life, a young man that came to the condo and his rate is a fraction to what I pay in the U.S. The condo owner has his contact information. Excellent stay, thank you!
