Situated in Amsterdam Oost you will find our spacious & luxurious family apartment on the 3rd & 4th floor. The apartment has all the comfort you need and public transport to the city centre is right around the corner. If you decide to stay a day in the beautiful part of Amsterdam Oost you will find great restaurants, shops and the famous city zoo Artis. This apartment is ONLY available for families. Bookings otherwise will be canceled.

We loved our stay here. The apartment has so much character and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Justin is very easy to communicate with and provided lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. The area around is not touristy but has great public transit and plenty of good restaurants and shops. Beware of the stairs though: they are very steep.

This was a great home base for our family’s time in Amsterdam, and the apartment was very well suited for us with our 12 & 17-yo kids. Great helpful communication from the host, and the place was very clean & comfortable. Highly recommended for families with kids around 8.

Wonderful flat - fully furnished. Groceries near by and restaurants. 35 min walk to conference centre - amsterdam rai. Excellent public transport.Locks by Nuki App bit fiddly. Two flights of steep narrow stairs to be aware of. Very comfortable.Good value.

Perfect Amsterdam stay

Characterful flat in a typical house with steep stairs but great views. Easy to get into the centre and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Recommended!

Nice stay in Amsterdam

Beautiful apartment. Nice location and easy access to trams to get to the city. Nice and spacious inside. Big staircases to get in, but then all was great including the rooftop patio which was a great spot to sit and have breakfast.

Fanastic Stay In Amsterdam

This apartment was fantastic! There was plenty of space for our family of four. The neighborhood had plenty to offer in terms of food, shops, and a couple of short blocks to the tram. This gave us easy access to getting around the city while letting us stay in a less touristy area that was fun to explore. Justin is a fantastic host—he made sure we were comfortable with everything we need, and was easy to reach with any questions or issues. We can’t wait for our next trip, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great home in great location

This home provided lots of space and is in a great location. There were a few food marts and many restaurants nearby to choose from. The tram stop is a short walk away. Justin was easy to communicate with and gave great tips for our stay in Amsterdam.

Amazing property

Large property out side the city center. The location was great, close to the tram line and shops. Quite neighborhood with a family feel and hot water was always available in the shower. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Amsterdam.

Comfortable apartment in lovely area

Spacious and comfortable, with good range of shops, restaurant and transport links nearby. You need to get a tram and metro to get to the Central Stration but it's really simple and quick. Great location, feels like the real Amsterdam. Stairs are very very steep

Wonderfully Amsterdam - Embrace City Life!!

If you’re looking to dive into life as an Amsterdam resident, look no further! This lovely 2-story apartment on the top two floors of the building was an awesome place for my family to stay during our week in Amsterdam! Justin made check-in a breeze, even accommodating an early check-in with our early arrival flight. The neighborhood has groceries nearby and plenty of amazing restaurants (for us adults) and parks (for the little). The nearby tram made navigating the city easy. All in all this was an awesome place to stay, and I will definitely return with our family when we get a chance!
