Our home may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Space on the driveway for 2 vehicles. Additional street parking available with parking pass up to 3 additional vehicles.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from October through April. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add spa heat to your reservation at a reduced rate from the pool heat.
Damage hold of $500 for all reservations. (Your card will not be charged unless there is damage that is not reported and resolved directly)
*Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a $35/per reservation resort fee that is payable at check in which will give the guests access to all of the resort amenities including:
Beach entry heated pool, Water slide, Hot tub, Lazy River, Poolside Bar and Grill, Cabanas (available to rent)
Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Kids playground

Great house, wonderful host
House was clean and everything we needed was there. Vince was always easy to reach and addressed everything quickly. Scott was awesome and very friendly and kept our pool clean. We will stay in this house or any other house that Vince owns.

Solterra Sunny Oasis
Our stay here was fabulous! The space was perfect for our entire family. The boys loved the star wars themed loft where they could play games and watch their own shows. The furniture was comfortable and thought through with large tables and plenty of seating. The kitchen island was great and the pantry was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The snack bowl on the island was a nice touch! We also spent a lot of time outdoors. The outdoor space was complete with furniture, a table, and an outdoor TV! We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was amazing. The house was so clean, equipped with anything we needed. And the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. I have rented In this area same time for last 11 years this is the best house yet!!!!

Solterra Sunny Oasis is perfect!
Two king bedrooms on first floor were perfect for our seniors with mobility issues. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is included. Two spacious living areas to spread out. Nice game room for kids and kids at heart. Recommend pool and spa heat in winter months so you can enjoy the outdoor area to its fullest. Great communication with owners and maintenance. Highly recommended!

A Dream Get Away
We traveled with friends and the house was MORE than enough space for 7 children and 3 adults! We all had comfortable places to sleep and hang out! No one in our crew was interested or ready to leave when it was time to go ... The house was equipped for all of our needs (and then some). While we never connected with Vince ourselves, our friend did on our behalf. He was so responsive that we began to call him HER friend ... Vince clearly went above and beyond to make things work for us. We strongly recommend the pool heat. It made things so much more fun for the kids (so that even when the weather was cooler, the pooler was plenty warm enough to play in). We will recommend.

The owners, Denise and Vince, have been coming to Orlando regularly for the last 25 years and recently (January 2023) decided to purchase this property as our home away from home. We have amazing memories of the area and all it has to offer. Our three boys have been vacationing to the area since before they could walk and still love the area. We would like to share this property with others and will treat all guests as friends. We want to do everything in our power to make sure your family vacation is magical and will be able to share our knowledge of the theme parks and other activities that Central Florida has to offer. We know how hard you work to give your family the best vacation possible and how stressful it can be to plan a trip to the area. We recently decided to leave our management company because we have very high standards regarding how our new friends experience our home. We want to hear directly from them how we can make not only this trip more enjoyable, but how we can improve the home for their next stay with us. Enjoy your time in Orlando, enjoy your time away and always keep in mind this is about making memories with family and friends.
