Bienvenue dans notre maison, l'endroit idéal pour profiter de vos vacances en Floride. Cette villa de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains a été joliment décorée dans un style contemporain et moderne offrant un mobilier de luxe. La mise en page est vraiment sociable, offrant à chacun leur propre espace et est idéal pour une réunion de famille.

En entrant dans la villa, il ya un sentiment d'espace. Les halls d'entrée donne sur un espace salle à manger formelle, avec une grande table à manger, un coin confortablement 10 personnes. Le coin cuisine / famille ouvert est entiÚrement équipé avec tout le confort de la maison et comprend des améliorations pour les appareils en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs en granit, le mixeur KitchenAid et le robot culinaire KitchenAid, la cafetiÚre KCup et les appareils en acier inoxydable de qualité. La piÚce à vivre du rez-de-chaussée comprend une télévision numérique par cùble murale avec chaßnes HBO, le football britannique et les chaßnes gratuites Netflix et Amazon. Un ventilateur de plafond est nouveau pour 2018. La Master Suite bas est meublée avec une finition contemporaine et dispose d'un lit king-size, un dressing (avec coffre-fort) et le mur monté télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain a une baignoire, douche et toilette séparées et unités accÚs à la terrasse de la piscine.

A l'étage, il ya un deuxiÚme salon de la famille, doté d'une télévision fixée au mur et d'une PS4. Un ventilateur de plafond est nouveau pour 2018. Il y a 4 autres chambres spacieuses (Suite Master King, Queen, Double Double et Twin) toutes décorées avec un mobilier de luxe contemporain et une télévision cùblée murale.

La piscine et le spa étendu est spectaculaire, avec des meubles de patio magnifique et de nombreux siÚges pour les repas en bord de piscine et pour prendre le soleil sur les chaises longues. La piscine est sans vis à vis et idéal pour regarder les couchers de soleil de la Floride spectaculaires.

La salle de jeux comprend une table de billard en ardoise de 8 pieds (nouvelle en 2018), une table de hockey sur air (nouvelle en 2018), un baby-foot, des fléchettes et des siÚges supplémentaires. La salle bénéficie de ventilateurs de plafond. Une buanderie (nouvelle 2018) est située à cÎté de la salle de jeux avec lave-linge et sÚche-linge.

Cette maison bénéficie d'WIFI gratuit dans tout et un systÚme d'alarme surveillé pour votre sécurité supplémentaire.

This property was perfect for our family to travel together for the holiday. We haven’t all stayed on one house together in over 20 years! We were able to enjoy meals together- the kitchen was totally stocked with everything that you could ever need. In addition to the downstairs living room there was a family space upstairs too. We enjoyed the pool and game room too. Thank you

A Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this home. We enjoyed days by the pool when we weren't out adventuring. We made meals and ate at the house. We had plenty of space for 6 people. Owner was very responsive to communication. We hated to leave!

Great house, convenient lovation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was exactly as described and there is enough space to spread out. It is within walking distance to resort pool and just a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 Disney Family Vacation

We enjoyed the home. As a family it was the perfect place. Kids loved the pool and the bonus room. Adults enjoyed it all as well. It was located close enough to DisneyWorld for a short trip there and back.

Fabulous!

We stayed for a month and this home had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The property was clean and well-maintained. The attention to details was like staying in a 5-star resort. The outdoor area had five loungers, a large table with chairs, and a comfortable seating area and includes the use of a grill. I will be booking this home again for next year. I think I found my forever home in Florida.

Loved the Villa Peacock

The home was just as the photos and description promised—clean, modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were high quality and comfortable. We loved the pool and the lanai area. The game room in the garage was an extra bonus for the kids. We highly recommend this property.

Winter getaway

Nice house with extra large pool area. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use as much as we would have liked, but it was extra cool outside too. The spa was very nice! Enjoyed the game room, and gas stove. Well appointed kitchen and linens.

Love it here

Our second time, and it did not disappoint!!! Yvonne is great to connect with prior to booking, and Sharon was great at resolving the door handle and toilet sticking
they had someone there very quickly, and it was resolved without issue for us. We love the home, the yard, and the resort itself. We look forward to our next trip (whenever that may be).

Superb spacious home

Superb spacious home for our family gathering. Plenty of separate spaces for multiple activities for the grandchildren. Main floor bedroom was ideal for grandparents. Nice community pool, water slide, lazy river and fitness room. Kitchen was very well stocked. Overall it was perfect for us.

Perfect Familiy Home close to all the action

We loved staying here. We are a family of 5 (infant, 4 year and 6 year old, me and my wife) and we loved every minute of our stay here. This home would also be perfect to stay with teenagers and grandparents. Most positive: + Perfect condition (upkeep is perfect) + Great Pool + Plenty of amenities in the home (pack and play, high chair, Playstation, tvs, pool table, airco, washing machine, coffee maker etc etc. + Great amenities in the community pool + Area safe and more relaxed than around International Drive We would definately stay here again next time

Awesome family home.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday with our 3 grown children and their families. The Peacock Villa was one of the two homes we rented and was perfect for all ages. Bigger kids loved the game room and pool and baby gear was readily available. Thank you for the use of your Christmas tree. It made things very festive. Great owner who communicates regularly. Highly recommend this home.

Great stay at Villa Peacock

The property was as shown in the pictures, clean and spacious. Beds were really comfortable. The pool was a decent size and clean. We had the pool heat and it was a good temperature. Yvonne was very helpful and prompt at responding when we booked and in advance of our holiday. And we had a contact whilst we were on holiday, who we only needed to speak to once whilst away and again she was helpful. The clubhouse facilities and pool were a nice extra, which we didn't think we'd use, but actually did on a number of occasions. Food was good there too. Overall a really enjoyable stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

Just Perfect

This was our first family trip and Yvonne made everything so easy. Check-in instructions were very easy to follow as were check-out. The house was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were bigger than what we expected which was great. The kids LOVED the swimming pool. Even with everyone in the pool, there was still enough room to swim without worrying about bumping into others. I only wished that we were able to stay a little longer so we could have enjoyed what the clubhouse has to offer but we'll save that for our next trip. Overall, it was a great experience and the kids are already asking when we can go back.

Springbreak Vacation with kids

We had a great time by the pool and jacuzzi. We had been looking for a time away and to have fun with the kids. The pool was used all day and I also did the pool heating because I know the water could be cold at times even for Florida during April . The hot jacuzzi was so relaxing and ideal. Nice sunset can be seen too. The home looked clean and exactly like the pictures. I wasn’t sure about renting a home due to COVID but when I found this home and saw good reviews I knew it was the one we needed. The game room was a plus to enjoy during the day or night time. Located near I 4 as well so it was easy getting around. Kitchen was good if anyone wanted to cook which we didn’t and ordered food very close by. I would definitely stay again and hope to do so soon. Lastly Monique the property manager was very responsive and stopped by the first day to ensure all was good.

Loved it here!

What an amazing place! We had a wonderful week here. Beautiful, clean, and well kept house that is even more beautiful than the pictures elude to. Outdoor furniture, pool, and spa were lovely and heated to the perfect temperature. All beds were comfortable and towels were good quality and plentiful. Host (Yvonne) was always very responsive and provided hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap that would last most of your stay if you wanted to use, and we topped that up as needed. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need!! Games room was also great. Washer and dryer worked well. The bathroom and shower entrance from the backyard pool was very convenient for children (and adults) post swimming! The resort itself offers an additional beautiful pool, a water slide our kids loved, and a little lazy river with free access for all guests. We couldn’t be happier with our visit and look forward to returning sometime! PS. House is also close to a Target, grocery store, and approximately 30 minutes to Disney and Universal pending traffic.

Great holiday Villa!

The villa was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and equipped to a very high standard. It would have been nice to have had another settee to sit on when we were all in the lounge area, rather than the 2 chairs.The pool was well heated,which we had paid extra for.We did have a few issues whilst there, which Yvonne did her best to rectify through her managing company. Unfortunately, the ongoing patio door problem to the pool area was not sorted, despite visits from the Managing Company. It was difficult to slide open and close and an alarm would go off, if not achieved quickly enough.There were instructions for safety, that this should not be disengaged.The outdoor fan could not be switched off, but a new one is due to be fitted.Yvonne always got back to us promptly and did her best to rectify the above from the UK.Yvonne also provided us with a large sun umberella and stand, to shelter some of our family from the hot evening sun. This request was met with very promptly and one delivered the next day.It is a shame that there is not a Very Good category to rate Yvonnes property. The only reason we haven't rated overall excellent, is due to the above items.Despite that, we would not hesitate to recommend to any future renters who want to stay in the Davenport area.

Beautiful, clean house

We are a family of 7, all young adult children, and had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay at the Peacock house. The kids loved the game room in the garage, the family room upstairs and the pool area. Although we didn't use the pool a lot because the weather was only in the low to mid 70s we did use the hot tub daily. The walk to the clubhouse was only about 2 minutes. We did not eat or drink there so I can't comment on that. We did spend a little time around the clubhouse pool, but again it was a little chilly and enjoyed being at the house. The only reason I didn't give a complete 5 stars is because there is a sliding door from living room to get to pool deck area and there is an alarm on the door, the alarm cannot be disabled or turned off. You have to push the button to get in or out and you only get about 15 seconds before the alarm goes off, which is very loud, unless you push the button again to get another 15 seconds. So even though the pool area is all screened in you can never leave the door open. With that the sliding door is very heavy and has a very small slit where your fingers fit to open and close it. Us girls had to use to hands to open and close it, the guys were able to use one. This is quite inconvenient especially if you have something in your hands. If you have small children and are worried about them getting into the pool area without you knowing this would be an ideal home.

Mooie villa, leuk zwembad

Villa was oké, een paar kleine mankementjes, zo stond er schimmel in de potjes in de badkamers, er lag een vuile handddoek achter een deur, een bed as wat wankel . De garage konden we bijna niet gebruiken omdat er geen koeling was. Al bij al wel een leuk verblijf gehad.

We chose this Villa because of its excellent open plan layout and suitability for extended/multiple families - with the 2 Master Suites and 2 Lounge areas.
We chose Solterra resort for its excellent facilities, the proximity to Champions Gate with access to Golf and its convenience of access to the I4 and the many Florida attractions.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are constantly updating and adding new features with new furniture added to lounges in November 2021 and new pool furniture in June 2022.
We replaced the fridge freezer in June 2023 and washer and drier in November 2023.
