À propos de cet hébergement

Oceanfront Getaway

This pristine piece of heaven is just what you are looking for, seconds from the beach, the, pool, restaurants, bike and surf rentals or just sit outside and gaze at the majestic sunrise or you can walk upstair and watch the spectacular sunset In the many condo's that are ocean front listed they are long walks to the ocean, not mine, it is a 2minute walk so carrying beach toys is a breeze. The beach is fine white sand and great for a leisurely walk. Beachers has a large heated pool for those that prefer not
to get sandy. We have restaurants, bikes, surfboard, paddle boards, kayaks and bars all within a five minute walk. St Augustine is full of night life in the historical area and on the island, enjoy live music and concerts almost every week end. Enjoy a good night sleep on a brand new comfy king bed. I am also
very close so if you need help I try to make myself available. This is my home away from home so if your not enjoying it I probably am. Come enjoy lovely crescent beach and all the great people at Beachers.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was fantastic—communication was excellent from start to finish. She responded almost immediately to any questions I had and even checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners, which made our stay so much easier. One of my favorite little touches was the vacuum she provided. It made cleaning up all the beach sand quick and easy (I'm seriously considering buying one for my own house!).This was one of the cleanest and best-equipped condos we've stayed in. We will definitely be booking here again!

Overall we had an amazing stay. Clean room, great view, useful kitchen essentials. Ms. Deena was an excellent host, checked in via messenger every few daysaling sure we were ok and days before our trip giving all essential info and food recommendations which wasuch appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great to things to do and see in downtown St Augustine and far enough away from it all at the same time.

Never dipped in the pool because the ocean was a beautiful temp, and never used the TV because of the beautiful view! Host was wonderful with communication and personal touches in the rental unit. I have done many updates but I want to be able to keep the cost down. If my unit would have been any newer I would have been in unable to rent it to you with a dog, that sheds so bad I try to tell people this is a beach place and that’s how I like it.

Weekend trip to see St. Augustine at Christmas

My husband I enjoyed our stay while we visited all of St Augustine. Deena was great to work with and seemed to very much care about our stay. The place looks right out to the ocean which was very nice. The simplicity of it all worked nicely for the two of us!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Deena Woodall

Image de profil de l’hôte
I am a native Floridian and have been a beach kid all my life. My condo is for individuals that really love the beach. I am a minimalist, so I don't purchase new furniture, fancy pictures and wasteful stuff. I like simple and that's how I keep my place. I love meeting and talking with my guests. My husband and I spend a lot of time there. I have three grandkids, and they have been going there with us for years, now they call to borrow the place. I love St Augustine beach and hope to see you there

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Beachers is like a community and most of the renters are repeat customers. I see familiar faces and smiles

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When you visit my place you are sitting right in front of the ocean and it will take three minutes to walk there. Many other condo's are beach condo's but you have a 20 min walk to the beach
