The host was very welcoming. The unit was meticulously clean and ready for us. The location is just South of the beach road but that makes it easier to get to either the beach or downtown.

Loved the recreation room for entertainment. Heated pool was definitely perfect to have since it was a cold weekend. Our ocean view with nice sized balcony was perfect to have. It is an older facility so the rooms are a little dated and the shower was lacking in water pressure but got hot which helped.

Our stay was wonderful, it was my parents and my husband. The bedroom was perfect for my parents and the spacious living room with pull out couch was great for my husband and me! The front desk staff were so friendly too. Great location, clean, spacious, and beautiful views of the beach. I would recommend anyone to stay!

Awesome condo with great views and tons of amenities!

We will definitely be back to this amazing resort. So much to do in an awesome location. The resort staff was the best - super friendly and helpful. The resort has a pool table, ping pong and even an ice cream social. We are bringing the whole family next time.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time here. The room was perfect. Clean, stocked with everything we could have needed, the staff so nice and the property manager was quick to reply to any needs. The location is perfectly located between a little bit of everything and the beach was amazing. We def recommend this resort and plan on coming back as soon as possible.

Perfect for a quick getaway

This place was perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter to have a quick break away from school and work. Clean, friendly staff. Pool was perfect temp and size, plenty of chairs and table available. Beach was very clean and well maintained without being packed. We will definitely look to come back again next year!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! It had a great view of the pool and ocean. The unit was very clean and had nice, comfy furniture. The king bed was comfortable, but the pillows could be replaced as several of them were too hard for my liking. There also wasn’t a washer/dryer in the unit which was a bummer. There might be laundry facilities on site, but we didn’t ask as we only stayed a couple nights. But other than that, it was a great condo and we would definitely stay again!

Great unit!

This unit was exactly as described and very clean. The property was well-kept and everyone was very friendly and the property staff was helpful and ready to help! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the part of the beach where the complex is located. We would definitely choose this unit again!

Pros and cons of our stay

This summarizes the pros and cons: Pros 1. Price was very reasonable for a beach condo 2. Room was very clean except for the smell listed on con 3. Location - steps to the ocean, excellent 4. Staff was super nice Cons: 1. The pool was torn up so there was no pool or hot tub. Was never mentioned in the listing. Very disappointing. 2. The room was very dated but clean . However smelled really really bad of smoke. We had to buy 2 glade plug in fresheners to mask it.

Overall stay

We booked through Vrbo. Don’t be fooled by website pictures! The views from our room were totally different than shown on the website. We expected to see in front of us the beach or an ocean side but not a pool. When we booked the hotel, there were saying that rooms have beachfront views ( and pictures showing that). When we arrived to the property , I made pictures and sent them to the host , ( I wouldn’t even book it if I knew that we will be looking at the pool). It took 2 days to respond for a host, the description of the rooms on a website were changed to a pool or garden view and were told there is nothing they can do for us. The hotel itself is outdated, the pillows were hard as rocks , no beach chairs in a room nor in a hotel to rent. You have to have your own. It is only good thing is the location, the beach is close right next to the property.

Nice little condo. Not as close to parking as thought. In fact a little awkward to get to parking. A corner condo, could slightly see the ocean. Pool area nice. Liked the condo for two people.
