Great getaway

Cute, clean place! Decent location- love the fact that beach club close. Great open plan for socializing. Could use an empty cabinet for food/supplies and definitely need to bring paper goods, salt/pepper, basics.

Relaxation station

Really enjoyed our spring break at this beautiful property! Waking up in the morning and grabbing coffee on the screened porch and the convenient short walks to the beach really helped made for a very relaxing spring break with our family. Highly recommended!

Beach Therapy

This lovely townhouse has all the comforts of home and just a short walk to the beach. Shuttle buses picked us up from our door steps and we enjoyed getting around on the provided bicycles.

Beautiful townhouse

The townhome was very spacious with lots of seating for our large family. Loved the screened in back patio. My kids took turns sleeping out there on the little couch.

Loved Perdido Key Area

Everything we needed was provided. Both pools at the property were great as were the fitness center and tennis courts. Access to the beach was very convenient. Nearby beaches were all beautiful and not at all crowded in June! Our only suggestions- don’t show a picture of the golf cart at the property if it is not available to guests. Lost Key needs to have parking at the beach pool/restaurant. They also need to allow parking on one side of the street near the big pool and tennis courts. Would recommend this property and would stay again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Nice home near perdido beach

This home is nice and Photos are accurate. The bedrooms are on third floor so if stairs are an issue, this is not your home. Plenty of plates, glasses and cookware but there were no standard seasonings. Bring the salt pepper etc. When we arrived we had no water, property manager had to repaired within 3 hours of arrival. The living areas are nice and spacious. Lots of room on the sofa to gather for television and a large table to play games and gather for meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. A big plus was the chair and umbrella set up At beach. This was included with our wristbands from the property. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect location

Based on our experience in June 2024, we highly recommend this place to family and friends. Our party consisted of 6 adults and two children. We specifically chose this condo because we didn't want to deal with waiting for elevators in a highrise on the beach. The location of this condo was perfect for us. If we wanted to go to the beach, it was just a short 10-minute walk away. If we preferred a more relaxed day by the pool, the community pool was also just 10 minutes in the other direction. Parking was convenient as we were able to park one car in the garage and another in the driveway. The main floor had a spacious and open floor plan, allowing us to spend our days together comfortably. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened-in porch. All three bedrooms, along with the laundry, were located on the upper floor and provided ample space in each room.

Excellent fall break trip

We stayed at this wonderful property the first week of October for our high schoolers' fall break and it was just what we needed. The property looked just like it was advertised online, it was clean, bright and in a safe, and in a well-monitored gated community. We decided to drive to the beach's public parking lot next to the resort's beach club across the street as it was a windy path to walk and much faster. Be forewarned, in the offseason, the chairs and umbrellas are only available at the beach club Fr-Su. That was a surprise for us. We left our beach chairs at home, so we ended up renting from a vendor just left of the private beach. Not the cheapest option, but best for our needs on this trip. The resort does have a very nice and large pool with a hot tub and adjoining workout center, which we also used every day. I'd have loved to try the golf course, too, but did not. Overall, Perdido Key is a quite and relaxed community and this property provided everything we wanted. We'd stay again.
