Catch a beach glimpse as you relax in the upstairs unit. Located across the street from World Class Bradenton Beach. Comfortable space to relax and explore Anna Maria Island. Free Parking and Wifi. Private balcony with table and chairs. Central air conditioning providing comfortable temperature year round. Kitchen has full size appliance package with washer and dryer in the unit. 2 smart tv's. Bathroom has easy step in shower. Hot tub located down the balcony in the common courtyard. Las Palmas consist of 3 units on 1 property. Each unit is private and we have guest number limits. Shared grilling area.

We enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and roomy and had the essentials for a wonderful stay. The locations was steps from the beach access. We hope to return soon.

We had a great stay, watching the sunset, walking the beach (just a few steps away), and enjoying the Condo which was perfect. Our host had a well supplied kitchen, a view of the beach, and all amenities in the condo. If we get back to Florida, we hope to stay again. Thank you!

Great location! It is right across the street from the beach, although the ocean is not really visible from the apartment. Very clean and cozy. The pictures do not do this property justice. There is a lovely balcony off the bedroom that is not pictured. The bed is extremely firm so if that is not what you prefer, I would not book this stay.

Great location, across street from beach, can see sunset from home. Beach chairs, towels, new appliances, comfy bed. Really enjoyed our stay!

Overall the location was great relative to the beach and super convenient to food and shopping locations. The owners were great to work with and communication was easy and fast. Overall my wife and I were pleased with the property.

Relaxing Getaway

My sister and I stayed here for a girls' getaway. We loved the location right across from the beach! The condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We did rent a beach umbrella and chairs for our stay from Beach Bums. It was super affordable and convenient as they had them waiting for us at the property when we arrived and picked them back up after we left. We especially enjoyed watching movies at night on the reclining couch. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Beach on the Blvd was simply amazing. Check-in was easy. The place had EVERYTHING you could need. The extra ocean toys - boogie board, SUP board, paddle ball, was perfect for my son and I. The space was super clean, the bed was comfy and the water pressure was great. The location was the absolute best. It literally took us 2 mins to get to the beach if even.The beach across the street was one of the best on the island. We traveled to different beaches throughout our stay and we found that the one by this place was the best - family friendly, not busy, clear water and beautiful sand. My son and I will definitely be visiting again.

Right across the street from Bradenton beach. Nice quiet and quaint beach cottage. Owner is very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

This place exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed with top of the line appliances. The owners were right on top of communications. It’s walking distance to Publix and Bridge St., and right on the trolley line for longer trips. Excellent 2 weeks! Thanks so much Deb!

Pretty Island stay

We spent a great week in this lovely apartment. On the second floor, we could just see the ocean across the street and only had to walk a short distance to walk the beach. The apartment was very well equipped, delightfully decorated, and located in fairly close to both Cortez Rd and Manatee Ave. The Publix is only about 1 mile away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Las Palmas was built in the "40's", Originally it was Unit 1 with parking under the home. Prior to our ownership the parking was transformed into unit 2, unit 3 was then added to the back area. Unit 2-3 are ground floor offering the "old charm". Many have shared the friends made from staying at Las Palmas. We host repeat guest year after year :)
