This apartment features two double beds, free wifi, a private bathroom, a mini fridge as well as a freezer.

Unwind in the beautiful city of Dunedin. From the property, it is a 5 minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars and other activities. We're a 15 minute drive away from one of the most beautiful beaches: Clearwater Beach. We welcome you to enjoy the pool and hot-tub. We offer free-parking on site. We also invite you to use the shared lounge area.

Nice property and nice owners. This is setup like a hotel inside and you have to get your key to the room by unlocking the outside door with the code. It was a little confusing at first on how to get in. Also, the room was very clean, but the pool area and the actual hot tub/pool were not clean. We couldn’t swim in it since it was green. Overall still a great stay!

Deceiving

The listing said this was an apartment. It consisted of 5 private bedrooms (like a hotel) with inside doors opening to a SHARED living room. The notice on the whiteboard stated there were keys to the inside doors in the rooms but there weren't. The note from the owner originally stated the same. Finally the owner answered and said there were no keys. Each rented room also had an outside door with keypad. However if you wanted to use the shared space you had to either leave your door inside unlocked or use the outside door and walk around to the front of the building to enter. We were hoping to use the pool and hot tub but it was not maintained; the walls and bottoms were very dirty. The inside of the property was very clean though. The stay was rather disappointing, as it was advertised as an apartment. The total price for 2 nights was 510. If I wanted a hotel atmosphere I could have stayed in a very nice one for the same price

Three day mini vacation to hook up school friends. The location was great. Facility was clean and comfortable.Had trouble getting into our room. Instructions were not clear.

The property is well maintained & very clean. Nicely decorated- The online listing & pictures were misleading - the main bldg has several rooms & shared common area- There were no instructions as to what to do with the linens, etc. Old signs from the previous owner were still displayed but didn’t pertain to current owner. I reached out 5 times in a 8 day period to the property manager with no response-
