The space
This townhouse is 1920sf and 3 levels. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have king beds and 1 with bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom and a pull out trundle. 1 bedroom is located on the first floor and the other 3 are on the third floor. The house has 3.5 bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a movie theater/game room with its own separate A/C. The second floor boasts a spacious open layout with a beautiful stylistic living room and kitchen/dining area. The wrap around porch is located off the kitchen and is equipped with a gas grill, large dining table with 6+ chairs and a large umbrella. There is also an outside patio area with a gas fire pit just off the garage.
