Newly renovated & extremely clean.
48" TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, TNT, etc.

The house is an old Florida beach duplex with a private cottage in the back. Guests will be staying in the upstairs of the main duplex. Completely private with no shared spaces and private parking space.

All travelers welcome!

The space is a cozy 1/1 with private entrance & plenty of parking.

The guests have access to everything in the house.
Parking for 2 vehicles available if needed.

I am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. It is a private entrance house, so if you want privacy then it definitely has that as well.

The neighborhood is extremely laid back. In Jax Beach, bikers have the right away at all times and there are a lot of us! You will see several people riding around on bicycles, especially on the weekend.

I highly recommend riding bikes if possible, its the way to go!
Parking can be difficult at times at Jax & Atlantic Beach but it is possible. Or you can park anywhere for $5.
City Ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of nearby neighbors.

Zac is the perfect example of what you hope all your hosts would be like! He was on his toes with communicating the whole time, from letting me know when the unit was available for check-in, to checking in to make sure my stay was going well. The unit was extremely clean and simply furnished with everything we could have possibly needed. I have stayed at a few vrbos and abnbs here at the beach that I enjoyed, but this one is my favorite, and I can't wait to come back! My pups even felt comfortable the whole time, and the yard was plenty for them to get some exercise and do their things.

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and lots of restaurants.

Stayed here to be with my brother having a kidney transplant at Mayo. I was glad that it was close to Mayo Hospital.

Wow.wow.wow best host best house

We made a reservation in August, but due to Hurricane Debbi, our host changed the date. This was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied with the perfect location and the host's kindness and consideration for guests. The house was very clean and well maintained, the bedding was very clean and well cleaned, and the surrounding environment was very quiet, so I felt comfortable without feeling like I was traveling. The host checked to see if there was anything he could do to help during the trip, and I felt very comfortable and warm. I would like to give this host a 20 out of 10. I really recommend it. thank you

Great location and communication

Zachary was very communicative and made the stay for us very comfortable! The place is in a fantastic location, very close to the beach and other restaurants and nightlife and also felt like a safe area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and the beds were comfortable, it was also nice to have a very large laundry room where we could set our luggage out of the way and could do a load of laundry to wash off our beach clothes and towels before repacking. Highly recommend!
