Large house with fireplace, hot tub

Large house suitable for 2-3 families close to Killington (10min to town and 15min to lifts!). The house has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 16 people with large queen beds and even queen-sized bunk beds! Overlooks the Tweed River with a hot tub on our outdoor deck.

The house is conveniently located for skiing, mountain biking, the annual Spartan races (organized next door at Riverside Farms) or hiking the Thundering Brook Falls.
The space
The house is very large and has capacity for 16 people. The great room flows in an open floor plan to the kitchen. The dining room has 8 seats and you can likely fit 10-12 if needed.
In your messaging please ask about pets, we are happy to host your pets but we must receive some information about the pets. If we discover evidence of pets that we were not informed of, there will be extra charges.
Other things to note
We ask that everyone removes shoes before entering the house to preserve the beautiful red oak flooring.
We are quite strict about clean-up and expect that all guests leave the house the way they found it, especially regarding pet clean up and leaving out food.

Note beds vary by size and are detailed in the pictures. The bunk beds are half queen-size and half-double. Please use your own estimation of how many people would comfortably fit in the house based on your own preferences and ages in the group.

Please only park cars at the house (not up the hill) and if you don’t have AWD you should bring snow chains in the winter.

Agreement:
By placing a reservation with for this space, Guest acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to all terms of this agreement. The guest understands the cost of extra cleaning, excessive trash removal, missing items, and damages may be deducted from their security deposit and authorizes such charges.
