The Space:

Enjoy this gem, strategically located and fully equipped for you alone or to be shared with up to 3 travel companions. Apartment Calle la Ronda 15 offers you a one bedroom option with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. It is only a one minute walk to the beach, easy access to surrounding shops and restaurants, and literally miles of hiking and biking trails.



It has an open living room with a sleep sofa, eating area, and kitchen space with a table for six, perfect for enjoying meals together or playing cards and other table games. Important: please note that the condominium does not have an oven or freezer; the unit is equipped with a minibar only, suitable for basic storage of drinks and small food items.



There is a separate King Bedroom, along with a private bathroom and shower. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out to our concierge team to arrange one—please keep in mind that cribs are subject to availability and have an additional charge.



The apartment is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, a Smart TV with cable, and high-speed internet. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. Additional bonus items for your personal use include beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.



To maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



About the area:Las Catalinas is a Mediterranean-inspired community of gracefully winding walkways, magnificent stucco homes, unmatched landscaping a stunning Beach Club with four pools. You will have access to the soft sandy beaches, and a glorious warm ocean. Wandering through the carefree town, you will find various restaurants, a brew pub, shops, and other fun places to gather. LC’s very own Pura Vida Ride has bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, SUP, boards, boogie boards, and fishing gear to be rented for your personal use. There are also two fitness facilities available – an indoor, fully equipped cardio and weight room, and an outdoor Flintstone-seque all wood strength training space and outdoor yoga studio. The Center of Joy, a beautiful indoor yoga studio and retreat, is also only a one minute walk away. Everywhere you go in this pedestrian only town you will find friendly residence, other vacation guests, and his staff to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
