The townhouse was only about a mile away from the downtown area of Helen, and an easy 15 minute walk to the the Fest Halle. We felt quite safe in the quiet complex.The couple of small issues that we had were quickly and perfectly dealt with by the management. Check-in was easy, check out was even easier.We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The townhouse was very clean. The owner provided coffee items which was a nice touch. It's within walking distance to the Festhaulle and main Helen shopping but not convenient for going back and forth to throughoutthe day. The main negative is that the front bedroom does nothave blackout curtains. The mini blinds do not prevent the light from the multiple street lights outside from coming in. Possibly brighter in that room during the night than during the day.

Nice Place!

The condo was roomy and provided a good stay for us. It is on the edge of town. Expect about a 15 minute walk to get into the shops in town.We didn't get a welcome email or any communication from the property manager, so we had to go through the reservation details to figure out the unit number and how to get in, as well as the check-out process, but that was simple enough to figure out.

Disappointing Stay – Lack of Basic Amenities and Poor Communication

Our stay at this VRBO property was disappointing due to a lack of basic amenities and poor responsiveness from the host. There were four of us staying for three days, and we were only provided with four towels and four washcloths total — no extras at all. This made things inconvenient and frustrating, especially for a multi-day stay.I reached out to the owner about the issue, but unfortunately, I never received a response. The lack of communication only added to the aggravation. When you’re paying to stay somewhere, you expect at least the bare minimum in hospitality and some level of attentiveness from the host.Because of this experience, we’ll probably look elsewhere next time. This stay just didn’t meet expectations.

This property is clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very easy. Compared to some VRBOs where you just about have to clean the property before you leave. Would highly recommend.

Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again.

Definitely recommend!

The location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. I never could get ahold of anyone to tell when we checked out, because I couldn’t get a signal from the Valhalla Resort - where we had a fabulous breakfast!! Might suggest a few more drinking glasses. But that wasn’t a big deal since we were only there 1 night. Will definitely be back!

Nice. Just very plain and not as equipped as other locations, but clean. Not sure on which unit was ours when we arrived, not mentioned in the arrival directions Blinds on the front door broken. Probably would not return.

Excellent location

The townhouse was very clean and the location was great. It was very quiet and easily accessed. Our only suggestions would be more wash cloths and towels (1 of each for 2 days is really not enough) and clothes hangers.
