This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Located in central Lubbock, it is close to both Texas Tech and the Medical District with shopping and restaurants nearby. It sleeps eight with 3 bedrooms, an office with a day bed, two baths and plenty of parking. There is a pleasant backyard with seating, a swing set and climbing wall for the kids. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and coffee and the sunroom has a variety of games and musical instruments for your enjoyment. The property is 2700 sq ft with spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living room and backyard. The location is adjacent to a busy street but set in a residential area. The house was built in the 1960's and the architecture is true to the era with modest sized bathrooms. Guest have access to the entire house, excluding the garage and the west side of the house. If you have a problem or need anything our local cohost will be available. Parking in the neighborhood is plentiful and free. There is access to sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Sunroom and office area are not currently connected to the central air system, with plans to add HVAC in early 2023. The rest of the house is airconditioned.
