THE BOURBON BARREL - Close to Louisville, E-town, and Glendale!

Welcome to the Bourbon Barrel house! We are located in the city of Shepherdsville, KY. We are just 15 minutes south of Louisville, KY and 20 minutes north of Elizabethtown, KY. This home would be a perfect base for the Bourbon Trail as well since we are only 10 minutes away from the Jim Beam distillery. Shepherdsville is a fairly smaller town but we have a Super Walmart, Kroger, a ton of fast food options, and a 1.5 mile go cart track at Kart Country.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Retreat to the spacious master bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, a convenient half bathroom, and a generous walk-in closet for all your storage needs. Unwind after a day of adventures and catch your favorite shows on the Smart TV.
Nintendo/Game-Themed Bedroom: Perfect for gamers or those young at heart, one of our bedrooms boasts a playful Nintendo/game theme, complete with a convertible couch for additional sleeping arrangements. Of course, it also comes with a Smart TV for entertainment.
Queen Bedroom: The third bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed and its own Smart TV, providing a peaceful and private space for a good night's rest.
Bathroom:

A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hallway, ensuring everyone has access to essential amenities.
Living Spaces:

The living room is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating including a couch and love seat. Enjoy movie nights or catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

Kitchen:

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. Prepare delicious meals or your favorite comfort food with ease. It's equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you'll need.
Laundry:

The laundry room, conveniently located off the kitchen, features a washer and dryer for your convenience, making longer stays a breeze.
Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside to our backyard oasis, featuring a spacious patio area with ample seating, tables, a grill for barbecues, and a large 12' offset umbrella for shade on sunny days. It's the perfect spot to relax with a drink in hand and enjoy the beautiful Kentucky weather.
We are technically is a city but we are also know to be a little country also. You might hear a rooster or our turkey friend down the road during your stay. I personally like drinking my coffee in the mornings on the front porch listening to the animals.

Additionally, if you're here for business, we're near the Glendale Ford Battery Plant, providing a convenient home base for corporate travelers.

This is a dog friendly property. All dogs must be pre-approved. The fee listed is for 1 dog @ $25 per day. We do allow up to 2 dogs but the pet fee will be doubled for the additional dog.
