"Charming and perfectly located" describes this lovely condo located at Pilot House in the Resort's Baytowne Wharf! With one bedroom, a pull out sofa, and two full bathrooms, this property will comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Our family room is comfortable and cozy, and features a pullout sofa, WiFi, and a Smart TV which allows guests to stream their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and HBO accounts. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the back patio with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. Our master bedroom features a king pillow top bed with custom linens and a flat screen television. With two full bathrooms, this condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. Washer and dryer there for guests to use.

Walk to the Baytowne Wharf or take the tram to the beach for an afternoon in the sun. You will enjoy the remarkable Baytowne Wharf tropical swimming pool complex located a few steps away! There is a sparkling blue lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax!

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Relax and enjoy yourself at our condo with convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location at 431 Pilot House!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

We loved the Pilot House- we booked again for next year… the location was phenomenal. The amenities were great- the pool needed a bit of care on the edges and needed to be skimmed, but was a treat after a very hot day at the beach. The place was super clean but the door to patio was a tad dirty. Honestly we loved it the place was so quaint and beautiful and just can’t wait for next year.

Beautiful, comfy and clean. Super easy to access. Fantastic location with so much to do within walking distance or a super short drive. Altho there's a tram for your convenience, I highly recommend a golf cart. Will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I were very impressed with this unit in Baytowne Wharf! It was just as it was pictured on VRBO and was very clean and well furnished. We simply loved the space and especially enjoyed being so close to the action at Baytowne Wharf. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was addressed very quickly. The back deck was great as was the pool. If I had any negative comment it would only be that the mattress could probably stand to be replaced; but that may be partially a matter of preference.

Great Florida Getaway

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and exactly what the two of us needed. As other reviews state the noise on the patio is something to know before going. The pool was perfect and quiet during the week. It was a great location about 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do! Ps: If you plan for a later arrival contact the property team for exacts on how to get to the parking area, we arrived late and could not locate it without calling the after hours number.

We loved the fact that almost everything you needed was nearby or within walking distance. The ease of getting to the beach. The family friendly events that happened every night. Overall it was an awesome experience and we would definitely book here again without even thinking about it. The only thing that needs to be changed is the master bedroom mattress. That would be the only complaint but other than that it was practically perfect for our family!

Beautiful but noisy!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 4 weeks in Jan-Feb. Really nice one bedrom floor plan and beach vibe decore was awesome. Our only issue was the noise. The unit backs on to the Effie Hotel delivery entrance and mechanical suite so there is CONSTANT noise. The porch area is unuseable and you can't really have the windows open. What saved us was the pool and amenity deck which was literally a half flight of stairs away.

Peaceful Condo

We just had a peaceful weekend at this Pilot House Condo. The place is perfect for a couple that just wants to relax. It’s at the end of the condos, so the door to the pool area is right outside your door. The door to the parking garage is just one more floor down. (Never used the elevator after arriving). Again the condo is very private. The balcony is protected by trees, so you can’t be seen by other condos or from the street. The only negative is the sound of the HVAC units from Hotel Effie. Nevertheless, the privacy way out ways the humming of the units. Everything in the condo was clean and fully functional. The two bathrooms was a plus, while getting ready each day.

Fall Getaway

I love the location, Baytowne Wharf. This is our 4th time here in the last year.The condo unit itself is not in the best area. Its right next to service area of Hotel Effie. It was loud with service trucks going in and out and aircondituonung unit is out there too. I also think that the smoking area is nearby because it smelled like someone is smoking outside. I didn't like carpet in the bedroom, wood floors are better. The condo unit is smelly, not fresh smell. It smelled cleaning products and dingy. I like the appliances in the kitchen. It has a full washer and dryer. The furnitures are in great shape. Overall, its a good unit. Just need to get rid of the bad smell. Communication with housekeeping is great. Bed is comfortable. Well furnished unit. I will not rent this unit because of the smell. Also, 9nly has 1 extra trashbag. We were there for 7 days.
