Welcome to Pie Seas, the left side of a beautifully designed duplex in Carolina Beach that’s built for gathering, relaxing, and making unforgettable beach memories. This spacious four-level coastal retreat with elevator access comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it the perfect base camp for family vacations, friend getaways, or multi-generational trips.

Located just four blocks from the beach, you’re never far from the sand and surf. A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are provided so you can easily roll everything you need down to the shore.

When you're not at the beach, enjoy ocean breezes from the top-level observation deck, relax on one of the home's private porches, or gather indoors for games and movie nights.

*Ground Level – Game Room & Guest Suite
The ground floor is designed for fun and relaxation with a game room hangout space featuring:
• Foosball table
• Board games and puzzles
• Large flat-screen TV
• Comfortable seating for movie nights

This level also includes a guest bedroom and bathroom along with a queen sleeper sofa, allowing this floor to sleep up to four guests.

*Second Level – Main Living Space
Take the elevator or stairs up to the main living area, where beautiful hardwood floors and an open floor plan create a bright and inviting space for everyone to gather.

The décor blends mid-century modern style with relaxed coastal boho vibes, featuring playful artwork and comfortable furnishings designed for family time.

At the end of the hall, you’ll find a primary bedroom suite with a king bed, offering privacy and comfort.

The third level features the grand primary suite, designed as a relaxing retreat.
Primary Suite:

• Large walk-in closet
• Ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity

Step outside to the private sun deck with chaise lounges, perfect for quiet mornings or soaking up the Carolina sunshine.

At the other end of the hall is a bunk room, ideal for kids or groups, featuring:

• Individual reading lights with USB charging ports

*Fourth Level – “Pie in the Sky” Crow’s Nest
The top level of the home is affectionately known as “Pie in the Sky.”
This cozy loft space features:
• Two twin beds

• Under-counter refrigerator for drinks and snacks

Step outside onto the observation deck to enjoy ocean breezes, sunset views, or stargazing after dark. It’s the perfect quiet escape after a day at the beach.

Pie Seas is dog friendly.
A $225 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please notify us if you plan to bring a dog.
Carolina Beach Dog Rules:
The Town of Carolina Beach has seasonal dog restrictions:
• April 1 – September 30: Dogs allowed on the beach before 9AM and after 5PM only
• Dogs are not permitted on the beach 9AM – 5PM during this period
Guests must carry a bag or container for pet waste while walking dogs.

Nearby dog-friendly beach areas include:
• Freeman Park (north end of Carolina Beach)
• Fort Fisher State Recreation Area
